I disagree with this from the terms and condition it has been written that 4% interest will be deducted upon disbursement so they can't charge a whole 25k for bank charges

Secondly, I think we need to gently let the government know that we were "forced" to accept that loan under NMBF conditions because we needed the money, but that wasn't the conditions the federal government said initially.

I think the best way to do this is to send e-mail to cbn complaint department and tell them the T&C condition is different from what we sign for.They may do something about it

425k divide by 12= 35,417 monthly.

How did you apply for the loan? Didn't they give you a repayment plan and an offer letter showing terms and conditions?

I applied around ending of March 2020 i was credit 425k instead of 450k the terms and condition is 4% of interest will be deducted on disbursement and 1% to be charged till
February 2021

(Interest rate amount + Amount given) divide by 12 = Amount you will pay per month

Let assume you are given 450k

5% x 450,000 = N22,500

N22,500 + 450,000 = N472,500

N472,500/12 = N39,375 monthly payment
