what kind of daft question is this, now i see reason why some people are abusing people who applied for this loan.

Haba, be courteous. Just explain to the person. People might really be in need of money and be anxious.

Culture / Re: Why Do Edos/binis Have Yoruba & Igbo Looks by ArewaWife(m): 10:40pm On Jun 28, 2020
MinorityOpinion:
If you check Pre-Colonial pictures of igbos documented by the Europeans that visited them, they are all dark and brown like their Africans brothers, the pictures above are of Igbos in 1800 taken by European photographer. Do you see anything like yellow? No.

Let's fast forward it to 2020, if you look around you or your Igbo friends, most of them are dark or brown like their African brothers, go to any igbo dominated markets, what do you see? Dark skinned and brown skinned igbos.

Now this is where it get tricky, I know people will ask the question "but what about lightskinned igbos?", there is perfect explanation for that.

Now look at this Pre-colonial pictures of igbos again, do you see lighter shade of skin? The answer is NO. So where does the Igbos get their lightskin from?

To be honest, the truth is igbos bleach the skin of their child right from when they are young, although there is nothing wrong with it, it their body and their child's body. Apart from it, igbo in their teens or adolescent stage also bleach their skin to look more light skinned, i'm not saying other tribes are not doing it, but the magnitude of igbos doing it is more compared to other tribes.

Another perspective is inter marriage between igbos and other tribes from south south, most of the light skinned igbos you're seeing are the cross breed of igbos with their south south neighbours.

This info is wrong. Right from the days of slavery there are records of light skinned igbo people. And this was around 1700s. Some igbos have a gene that gives very light skin.

The south really needs to work on their region. A lot of strictures are being put up in the north, they have better roads that south. South west really needs to work on the region now.

I applied the day this thread hit front page. That was April 22nd. Got approved June 9th and after plenty activism on Twitter, honestly a lot happened outside Nairaland before some of us got paid today June 28th.

That means we that applied earlier this month should just remove out mind away from it cuz it will be by end of next month we will be paid.

You need to have legal income for family as follows: 280 € per first adult person, 224 € per each next adult person and 336€ per every minor child per month.

Thanks. Is it a good country to go to? Can the non schooling partner work while staying there.

Obviously some people don't know why the BVN is a requirement for the loan. If you evade repayment of the loan, do you think you can operate a savings or even current account in any bank in Nigeria? The loan repayment will easily be deducted from the source without your permission.

They will block all the accounts linked to the BVN if people dont want to pay. I have heard of a similar case done to someone. There are a lot of low interest loans available but the information isnt really spread out to people especially the southerners. They try to give northerners but some will say its unislamic to give loans and add interest on it.

May God's name be praised,I asked questions here nobody seems it fit to answer me but lo and behold I woke up this morning wanted to do something on my mobile app and NIRSAL credited me #473,500 out of approved#500k.

I never believe anything from government as I never benefited from government source exxepy#1,800 bursary at Ospoly iree in year 2003.

Indeed it is good to atleast always give something a shot irrespective of the way we think our system is failing us.

It is a loan right not grant if properly channeled and use judiciously or properly it will by God's grace metamorphosed.

Please don't ask me anything as when I was looking for an insight everyone neglected my post.

Now I want to start telling people in my community and onboard as so many people.

Just because no body answered your question doesn't mean you should treat others same way. An eye for an eye makes will make everyone blind.

ambode was ambushed. they sang his praises till 11th hour. he thought BAT was everything, he did not bother to build his own structure within the party. for obaseki, keep knew from the inception that oshiomole would not want him for second term so he started forming his political movement.

There was no way Ambode would have won if he had defected. Tinubu has a massive control over lagos. He took the best decision by leaving peacefully.
