Abating wasn't this foolish. Although in their line of job you have to defend the government, Abating never made foolish statements like femi adeshina does. The lawyer issued the Quit Notice on March 8th so the Quit Notice starts running from April 1st and Terminates in September. The OP can challenge the Quit Notice in Court as being defective and a new Quit Notice must be given to him properly or as the Court decides but as it is, it is a very defective Quit Notice that cannot be tendered in court.
