The rearrested suspected Ibadan serial killer, Sunday Shodipe, has revealed he escaped when given opportunity to bathe at the Mokola Police Station on August 11. He revealed this in an unconfirmed video posted by an Ibadan-based broadcaster, Hamzat Oriyomi, on Sunday. Shodipe, who was arrested on July 17, escaped from Mokola, Ibadan police station on August 11. He said he decided to escape when he realised the police officer guarding him was engrossed in a chat with another officer at the station. Shodipe explained a female Divisional Police Officer, who was recently deployed to the station, ordered one officer (Funso) to allow him to take his bath. He said the officer had warned him not to make any attempt to escape while taking his bath, adding that he was not even thinking of running away at that point. He, however, recalled he decided to escape when he saw that the officer was engrossed in a discussion with another person and not paying attention to him. He said: “The new female DPO asked officer Funso to allow us take our bath. He cautioned me not to try to escape when taking my bath. “I escaped when I saw him discussing with another person. I climbed the borehole pole and jumped the fence. “The people living in the area saw me when I escaped but they did not raise any alarm.” He was rearrested on Sunday in Bodija area of Ibadan. https://impartnewspoint.com/how-i-orchestrated-my-disappearance-from-police-custody-suspected-serial-killer-in-ibadan

A 27-year-old man identified only as “Sooraj” has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife by letting loose a cobra in her room after first failing to kill her with a viper. According to Dailymail. co.uk, Sooraj, who worked in a private bank, bought the snake to kill his wife, Uthra. The police in the southern state of Kerala, India, said he had planned to take away her money, gold, and marry someone else. It said phone records showed Sooraj had been in contact with serpent handlers and had also watched snake videos on the internet. Uthra, 25, is reported to have been bitten by a viper on March 2 at her husband’s home and then again by a cobra within a week. She was recuperating at her parents’ house earlier this month when Sooraj obtained a cobra from a snake handler. |

Where i go find this kind scorpion..... |
Proven way out of poverty: A gallon of this small animal's venom can fetch you $39 million. Reports have that a gallon of the deathstalker's venom can be sold for about $39 million. Do you know how much that is in Naira? Are you thinking what I am thinking? I almost turned my eye away from the news until I got more proofs. Check them below Although the deathstalker is the most dangerous scorpion in the world, its venom can be used to treat brain tumor and other cancers. To get a gallon full of the deathstalker's venom, one has to milk the scorpion about 2.64 million times or get about 2.64 million deathstalker scorpions. Trust Nigerians with hilarious responses especially when it comes to Revelations like this.

The arrest and detention of a Chief priest in Edo, The Chief Priest of Okhuaihe shrine, Osarodion Usuanlele, the Ohen N’ Ukoni Neyedo, at the Edo Police headquarters in Benin City, has caused mayhem in the ancient city. In a report by The Nation, with the priest’s detention, an age-long tradition which says the Ohen N’ UKoni does not enter Benin, the abode of the Oba, had been desecrated. Consequently, three dogs were slaughtered as sacrifices were carried out near the police headquarters before the chief priest was released. Additionally, a list of other items has been given to the police for cleansing sacrifice the land. The items include 14 native cows, tortoise, sheep, goats, cocks, among others. It was also gathered that the tradition was started in the 15th century by Oba Ewuare the great. The chief priest’s shrine is located at Evbiekoi, in Uhunwode Local Government Area, and as part of coronation rites, he would have a symbolic wrestle with the Crown Prince. Both of them would go opposite ways, never to see each other again, once the Crown Prince becomes the Oba. Trouble started last week when operatives of the anti-cultism unit stormed Evbiekoi community following on a petition by John Elvis (aka Atekha), an ex-official of the banned Community Development Association (CDA), The Nation reports. Briefing reporters on the incident, Secretary of Evbiekoi community, Chief Paul Ajayi said: “The policemen shot sporadically and insisted on taking Chief Priest Usunalele to Benin City, despite pleas that the man does not enter Benin or he would die. Meanwhile, the Police Commissioner, Dan has ordered policemen involved in the arrest of Ohen N’ Ukoni to be detained to allay rising tensions in Benin as various youth groups are reportedly preparing to cause mayhem over the alleged desecration of the Benin culture. https://lailasnews.com/police-receive-list-of-animals-to-sacrifice-for-detaining-chief-priest-in-edo/

She wrote: "I am proud of us... On 17th February, 2005, my husband brought her home as my house help. She was smaller than l wanted. I needed a much bigger girl, but the mum could only allow her as the elder sister was elsewhere. The only option was to manage her, but managing meant that l had to nurse her as she was too small to even wash her own clothes, the breakable kitchenwares etc. It wasn't also easy to raise a child with certain orientations. But l tried. When the task became too tedious, I packaged her home, but the father gave us a mind boggling question: if she is your daughter, will you throw her away? Please, train her as yours. I want her different. As stunning as that question sounded, l thank God that l took that challenge seriously and to my heart. I teach, I scream, I plead, l appeal and l advice... To make sure she turns out better than she would. Sometimes, she makes me furious, laugh, cry, and proud, just like now. From Primary 2, she had gone through to secondary, made her papers, have trained on computer literacy before going for skill acquisition. Today, she has moved to a higher level. She is matriculating at Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, and l am so happy that our 13 years together is not a waste after all. She has long ceased to be a maid in my home. She is now Aunty's Auntie, my little sister, my children's Auntie. And no one knows she is not my sibling. Uchechi, today is the beginning of a new life for you. We are happy for you. Sky is your jumping pad. We pray that you graduate with flying colours. And we continue to pray for financial breakthrough so that you do not suffer any stress concerning your education. Congratulations, dear. We are super proud of you."

Mudashiru Babatunde Lawal, popularly known as Muda Lawal, was the first African player to appear in five consecutive African Cup of Nations tournaments from 1976 to 1984. Muda Lawal held the record of being Nigeria's most capped player for 25 years, with 86 appearances and 12 goals, until Nwankwo Kanu equalled it in 2010 with Joseph Yobo and Vincent Enyeama consequently breaking the record later with 101 appearances for the duo. Skillful, tireless, dedicated and committed, Muda was popularly called the Midfield Maestro. The number 4 shirt of the Eagles was Muda's for 11 years. And were it not for a brief period in 1983 when he was out of favour, he could have probably attained the ultimated century of caps for his country. Born in Abeokuta on June 8, 1954, Muda Lawal was an accomplished footballer. He guided Nigeria to its first African Nations title, at the 1980 African Nations Cup. Lawal died in his home in Ibadan on July 6, 1991. He was 37. The Muda Lawal Market in Bauchi and the Muda Lawal Stadium, Ashero, in his hometown Abeokuta, were named after him upon his death. A good footballer. May his soul continue to rest in peace

TEMITOPE AYOOLA MUST WALK AGAIN!!! While driving in Lagos, in the morning of July 19, 2011, Temitope Ayoola had road traffic accident and suffered severe injuries, the car he was driving in skidded off the road and somersaulted several times into a deep ditch. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and then referred to another hospital. At the hospital, the surgeon requested for an MRI scan, which was done the following day and the scan revealed he had a fracture of the lower spine which made him unable to stand and walk, with other complications like difficulty in breathing and talking well. Within the first three days after the accident, Temitope and members of his family battled for his life and on July 22, 2011, a surgery was performed on him in order to quickly regain movement and use of his legs. Three weeks after the surgery he started his rehabilitation in the same hospital but due to the fact that the hospital's Physiotherapy department lacks the types of equipment and expertise to handle his case, he was taken out of the facility for another which also didn't have what it takes to properly manage him. During this period, his treatment had gulped thousands of dollars and his family had exhausted all the funds they had and couldn't go on with his treatment. For years he wasn't on rehabilitation due to lack of funds, Temitope suffered lots of setbacks, complications, and ailments that came as a result of lack of care. He had to do a skin graft surgery on his back due to sores that were eating up his skin as he lay down on a spot for too long. But in spite of these, he remained steadfast and strong with an incredible faith and amazing spirit with the support of wonderful immediate family and a few loyal friends. After close to eight ( years of being bedridden due to lack of fund for necessary medical attention, a month ago, a group of friends took him to a Physiotherapy Clinic in Lagos for an examination, after which a fresh MRI was recommended by the Physiotherapist to ascertain the strength of his muscle mass and nerves. The result of the MRI gave hope that if subjected to 6-month intensive physiotherapy rehabilitation, Temitope will walk again. Consequently, an estimated bill of $32,000 was given to his family for a 6-month professional rehabilitation as an in-patient which would also cover other expenses like accommodation, feeding, nursing, and medications. As a kid, Temitope had always dreamt of becoming a sports journalist and this big dream he held on to till he became an adult. As of 2011, he was already working to become an international sports journalist, marketer, and agent before the unfortunate incident happened. He has refused to let go his dreams as he won't stop talking about it while on his sickbed. He vehemently believes he would be back on his feet again to achieve his dreams. Temitope's road to recovery is urgent as he has a chance to take a shot at living life again and fulfilling his dreams. Achieving this requires adequate funding and supporting him with whatever you can give will help relieve this financial burden. Tope Ayoola will be eternally grateful for every penny donated to help him walk again. With your financial assistance, Temitope and his family can get well, strong and back on his feet as quickly as possible. Thank you very much. https:///2KiVdGU Op pls let this make it to front page for the first time in 7 years that i ve been on this platform without making front page with any of my topics. Thank you.

He's still better than the likes of Fatoyinbo, Adeboye and TB Joshua that have sex with their members and choir mistress silently. At least this one was caught. To be committing similar atrocities and not being caught is far worse.[/quote]Has anyone of them have sex with you? I couldn't comprehend how u get to know those MOG does that. Probably you are speaking from experience. Good luck to you. |
valentineuwakwe:Thank u my brother. He has not gotten enough reasons to love, or may he did not even love her in the first place.all he needed than was just a relationship but alas he got more than he expected. My wife is 11months older and we are enjoying it. Our marriage will be 10years soon. |
[b]Well I will not support u quitting ur job even though u will still quit at the end. Write a petition to appropriate authority stating clearly ur finding, but make sure u ve ur proof and be ready to face issues that might lead to sacking. its not normal for a medical doctor who ve swore an oath to behave in such manner. And remember if you refuse to act now, more innocent souls will perish and ur conscience will question u for it.[/b |
