Politics / Re: Soldiers & Policemen Clash Over Girlfriend In Yobe, 4 Policemen & 1 Soldier Die by ariblaze(m): 6:06pm On Apr 13, 2017
i am not privy to what happened as is most of the people here talking
how its hilarious to imply that the army deployed anti-aircraft weapons to resist the mopol invasion

if that was the case all the mopols involved would be dead and you would have a large crater in the road, the worst that could have been deployed which i do not even believe was deployed would be a GPMG(general purpose machine gun) this weapon too would have cut all the invading forces down.

less than 10% of the police force can match the army's shooting accuracy within the 600m kill range of most rifles.

its sad this has happened , i hope things get resolved and the guilty get punished.

While i was still at ilorin, there was this ugly mofo with the worst tribal marks i had ever seen on a human being. But, he had the attention of all the beautiful chicks on campus, wore the baddest clothes, and was always on ride. His name was Ajia. I say "was" cause last i heard, he was executed for some political killings he did for some politicians in Ilorin. I remember one day, i and tony tetuila was strolling back from a night reading class when this mofo accosted us. His grief was that tony was toasting one of the chicks he was targeting. Ol'boy, come see threat. I was almost pissing my pants. Things would have gotten really bad if not for smart diplomacy from tony. That was the last time i was seen publicly on campus with tony. I know wan die. Anyway, i digress. Ajia is dead now and good riddance. All the fine clothes and beautiful girls, where dem de now? Also, God punish Tunde Ojomo. Head of Eiye confraternity 1996. May he rot in Hell for the terror he unleashed on all of us.

While i lived on Basin Road, Ajia did his thing around the area, we were aware of eachother's presence but somehow our path Never Crossed.

Family / Re: New Craze In Town- Ladies Retaining Their Fathers Name After Marriage by ariblaze(m): 5:54pm On May 12, 2015
should this be an issue?

for some... maybe, for others maybe not

however ..what would you as a father/mother do , if the wife adds her maiden name to your surname, you accept and after a period of time, you find out your children have decided to start using the same surname as their mum does instead of yours?

fast forward ... a female daughter who decides she prefers her mum's version of surname... say afolabi-cudjoe , gets married to an adeniken whilst deciding to follow her mum's cue ... would her new surname now becomes afolabi-cudjoe-adeniken?

Family / Dilemma-- What Should The Man Do? by ariblaze(m): 11:00am On Oct 11, 2013
Olaitan and Jide worshipped at the same Church where they were workers in different Ministry. Olaitan was the leader of the Choir and each time she came forward to lead a song, Jide could not help but admire her for her beauty, sonorous voice and of course the level of her commitment to the things of the spirit. Brother Jide on the other hand , was the assistant head of the Ushers and a banker by profession, he only got born again 2 yrs ago after a riotous life with various women of shapes and sizes by virtue of his profession which affords him to meet scores of women on a day to day basis.
One fateful day, Jide decided to act on his fantasy by asking Olaitan of to be his wife. Olaitan to say the least was shocked at the proposal because Jide had been one of the most eligible bachelor since he joined their local parish. Olaitan was privy to how many sisters in the church would do anything to marry Jide. She counted herself blessed to be his future wife out of all of them but she did not allow her emotions to rule her as she told Jide that she would pray about it before giving him an answer.
Jide persisted for almost three months before Olaitan finally agreed for them to date, preparatory to their eventual wedding 6 months later. Their problem started on their wedding night, Jide was very eager to make love to his wife after a three year break( he suspended all illicit sexual activities with the opposite sex since he got born again.) Olaitan who got born again almost 15 years ago was frigid and she detested sex with a passion. She begged Jide to allow her sleep till the morning as she was too tired to have sex that night because of the stress she went through during the preparation for the wedding and on the wedding day. Jide reasoned with her and they both slept off. The following morning she jumped off the bed to the kitchen before Jide woke up to start preparing breakfast. Olaitan is such a nice cook that Jide licked the plate and asked for more. They did not make love until the night of the following day and it was such a disaster because it ended abruptly when she was complaining of pains in her abdomen.
Now, Olaitan is a good cook, a wonderful and dutiful church worker who would not miss any night vigil irrespective of her husband’s feelings, a prayer warrior, a good house keeper. However she was frigid (a condition that makes sex to be unpleasant and uninteresting for a woman) Jide suggested they seek medical help but she insisted that she will attack it spiritually. She has prepared a roster of the number of days they would be having sex and some of the days sex is forbidden are the days she decides to pray in the middle of the night or she decides to attend their Church’s night vigil which is held twice in a month. Jide tried complaining but she pleaded for more understanding from him as she makes effort spiritually to address her conjugal challenge.
Jide was in a serious dilemma . His faith forbids extramarital sex but he is seriously burning as his wife only allows him sex according to the roster and her mood. They are blessed with two female children to date.
DO NOT ASK ME WHAT JIDE HAS BEEN DOING BEHIND THE SCENE TO HELP EASE THIS TENSION

Family / Re: My Daughters Lied That Their Father Had Sex With Them…. by ariblaze(m): 3:13pm On Sep 20, 2013
@ Kanwulia

i feel your reasoning with respect to this issue is somewhat flawed . . . . grown girls accuse their father of having sex with them to their mum and you say he should have shrugged it off?

the best response i have read here is someone who said mum should have taken them for checkup in the hospital

truth is this , most mothers and the outside world will believe the children and not the father, who will become a pariah its enough reason to turn any sane person mad.

i cant even wish such on an enemy

elo thaddi: Invited for a 2nd stage interview of Spring bank (RIP) after scaling thru the first one. On getting to my turn, I sat and faced the panel and the only question the IDIOT asked me was THE CULT I belonged when I was in skool. I was shocked to hear that and tried to explain to him that I was instead a church executive but instead he refused to listen and even bragged that he was a cultist during his time. He walked me out for not agreeing and that was the end for me but God made it possible for me to scale thru another bank test and interview, joined the bank less than 2 weeks after that incident.

Politics / Re: Lawsuit Filed In Chicago Over Nigerian Plane Crash by ariblaze(m): 9:52am On Jun 08, 2012
i actually applaud this idea, the engine and plane makers would be forced to prove that it wasn't as a result of a flaw in design, but due to mismanagement, hence they will also be interested in the findings of the ''black box'' no one would come and pull wool over our eyes on its findings

remember how benz came out with testings of same version of car, when the princess of wales passed
