There are worse landlords than tenants in this country.
sometime in 2009 i rented a 4Bedroom bungalow for 600k, after the 2yrs the guy increased to 750k. When i protested he said i should leave the house if i don't want to pay. Meanwhile, i had done POP and other stuffs in anticipation of a long stay. long story short, we landed at 700k but guess what, he took it to 800k the very next year. The moment i left the house after 6yrs of stay he gave it out for 1.2m based on the transformation i did on the house.

Rule no 1. Never upgrade a rented property. As for me if e pass painting i no do.

American Gods cancelled there won’t be a fourth season, but a little good news is they are contemplating to finish the story by having it as a movie
