Nigerian are so funny that they leave the needful and start chasing UN-needed things like preference of your tribesmen over merit. I can go on and on. so i concluded that the problem is not tribalism, corruption but successful capturing of the populace mind to think in the way they want them to think and it is pity the gullibility is almost everywhere.

Most countries are corrupt, and there is always an element of tribalism and discrimination everywhere. But the above points hit the nail on the head. What I clearly meant is from a psychological point of view, every person has an ego and prefers to hear positive things instead of negative things. The president is no exception - he can be bullied just like any regular person. If you ridicule a very powerful person online, this will hurt him even more than a regular person.
