Please pardon my writing. It's the reason I scored 6.5 in writing 3 times

Joined the immigration train in March 2017
Getting transcript from OOU took forever
Wrote IELTS 2 times but failed to get the desired scores even after EOR (I did get a refund sha)

2018 - Wrote ACCA diploma to boost my CRS but it was first evaluated as one semester by WES so I couldn't claim 2 or more certificates

I decided to go for MPNP since I have a cousin in Manitoba. My MPNP score was 560. I was close to getting LAA from MPNP (last draw that year was 561) when MPNP paused inviting general skilled workers overseas. Score that has been reducing gradually from 570 o

The heartbreak got to me and I abandoned the whole process.

Fast forward to 2021, I got to know on nairaland that ACCA diploma is now evaluated as one year.

I sharply registered for IELTS. The result was not satisfactory so I applied for EOR. EOR response came and it was satisfactory.

How do I now get ITA when draws resume báyìí? My score was 465 �

Decided to register with MPNP again even though the story is still the same. They're yet to start general skilled workers overseas draw.

My cousin in Manitoba suggested I wait for MPNP before submitting OINP since I still had time before submission deadline. Me I no gree o. MPNP that has given me heartbreaks.

where you able to tracked the DHL and any notification from IRCC as regard the status?

I dropped it with DHL on Friday. I got a notification that it is out for delivery this morning, i.e. DHL will send it to Lekki this morning. Lekki will send to Accra

I'm guessing I'll get an update from VFS when they start the process of sending it to Accra

I think one should just take it to Lekki if they have the time

PLease how does this information letter work(PPR) Work? I only got one letter has the principal applicant being asked to submit the passport, passport photo's, height, eye colour of both I and my dependents. However, I went to submit at DHL today and was advised that it should be more than one letter. that there should be 4 letters(Family of 4). Was anyone issued more than one letter?

I'm not sure this is true. The first paragraph of the letter would say something like "You and/or your dependents must complete the following steps"

I need some help with dropping my passport at VFS Lagos. That's where I submitted my biometrics

I searched nairaland and was able to put the below information together. I'll appreciate if anyone with experience can confirm if it's correct.

My understanding is that a senior officer needs to review your file and confirm the decision by the junior officer. That's the explanation I got from someone who claims they used to work for IRCC.

My question could be naive BUT

I've called IRRC twice in the last one week. I was told that everything is passed but my file is pending a final decision.
What does this mean?
I really don't know when to expect a final decision

Can one use kuda Bank for Prof of Fund?

I used Kuda for Ontario PNP

But switched to GTB before federal ITA. I personally didn't like the reference letter I got from Kuda because it looked lame.

No...so far, ICAN does not help increase CRS

If you have the advanced diploma certificate, WES would evaluate that has a 3 year degree

I have a B.Sc. and ACCA. I did my WES evaluation exactly one year ago and it came out as a single degree. Reading through this thread, I noticed someone called @Maplechick got “two or more degrees” with the same ACCA plus B.SC combo I have. I’m relatively new to Nairaland and don’t know how to reach her directly. If you see this, could you advise me? How were you able to get “two or more degrees”? Should I redo my WES evaluation?

Anyone that has ACCA can also help me. E dakun

If it's the case of "one semester", send an email to WES. They'll change the ACCA evaluation to one year

Do I have to notify IRCC after renewal of passport post ITA?

Good afternoon all, hope our day is going well.

I got a request letter in mycic account requesting I upload some documents to facilitate addition of my new born.

I thought a section will be created for her to upload documents into placeholders with labels BUT I observed just one placeholder (named replacement documents) was provided under my husband's section who is the principal applicant and it was labeled "KITS, APPLICATION FORMS".

Am I supposed to merge all the requested documents into one and upload?

I am asking because I know from experience with the application that placeholders have size limit.

Please I await your response biko as I am confused.

In my case, I merged all the documents as one file and uploaded it.

I however had to use a trick because the file was almost unreadable after several compressions. Here is what I did.

I figured (or guessed) that the barcode generated by the form after filling it is the most important part of the form. That's because it contains all the data I punched in the form.

So after filling, printing, and signing the form, I scanned the barcode and signature page different from where I have the other data.

I did medium compression for the barcode and signature pages and then extreme compression for the other pages.

I then merged the two files together and uploaded to my account.

PS: I downloaded a barcode scanner app to double check the information on the file before uploading.

It appears the person's evaluation came as one semester. I had the same evaluation initially.

But I mailed them early this year and they changed it to one year. So I think ACCA diploma is fine now.

Hello everyone , so I started reading from page 1 as suggested. Also as suggested ACCA is one of the courses to be taken to get one or more degrees ... but while reading through, I saw that a nairalander got denied PR because she used ACCA as her second certificate and nothing was done about it . As anyone gotten PPR recently using ACCA as second certificate?
