There are many times we disobey Him and He let's it slide. Those are sins we stumble and commit as we strive to walk with Him and be like Him.

But when the sin is a sin of unbelief or outright rejection of God, there can be no friendship or fellowship with such a person.

There can't be unconditional reconciliation with someone who hates you in person. Such sin needs repentance to be forgiven and waved.

The OT Bible does not state any condition for forgiveness. It instructs us to forgive
unconditionally, same should apply to our enemies even when they are unrepentant.

BTW how do you know that God allows those sins you mention to slide? Have you been to heaven before? No one is certain untill you get to heaven and you are told that it won't be counted against you.

Please did God knows those going to heaven or hell even before creating them? If yes, why will He create those going to hell since he knows they will eventually end up burning for ever. Beside, batteries are put into phones and laptop so that people can carry them around and also there are lots of research going on to improve the longevity of batteries so that people can carry them without charging longer. Do you know that there are technologies that are better than LTE but have not been incorporated into phones because there are still no infrastructure to support them? And one of most important of these infrastructure is the battery.
