then who would you attribute the death of the sick cancer patients to? shall we blame it on cancer? oh no, i have a better idea, why dont we blame it on satan.
the sick aids babies? the rape victims? all satans fault

god only listen to people who insults him and punishes them, all the innocent christian  people who die are not his fault and his concern. he doesnt want to deal with the prayers of all the innocent people who beg him for life and STILL DIE, he wants to ONLY deal with the people who are against his words.

i like the way you think:
people who insult god die untimely and they do so because that was the will of god but all the innocent christians who pray and stand by god who die untimely due to another persons stupidity is not god fault and he has absolutely nothing to do with it.
then why doesnt god protect his children from these evil being? i am sure he can do that with his mighty powers
why doesnt god protect all the children abused by all the pedophiles around the world? i am sure he can do that with his mighty powers

if god can "punish" people who speak against him then he could surely use "his powers" to save his good christian innocent children.

As for me, beign an atheist here in naija is nothing much to me. i dont face any challenges because i hardly explain my atheistic philosophies to people except close friends and the liberal minded. I dont see it as a fight or a debate to make people see that God does not exist, all we have to do is to let them see the reasons why we dont "believe" anymore, and if they dont get it then so be it.
just as it is hard for a christian to convert to muslim, its also very hard to convert a religious person to atheism.

The Devil or Lucifer by Nature was rightoeus and holy before God until he decided that he would capture God and rule over God. Even when God Warned satan about the evil thought creeping into satan's heart, satan did not listen.

The thing is that Because God is very Humble and meek but Mighty and also has "anger" Which no living being has ever experienced until Lucifer son of the morning star was shown.  You remember he was thrown out of heaven and he was always daring God as many do today.

The Devil cant and wont repent and that is why it is painful that Adam and Eve took to the side of the devil by disobeying God. The people in hell are not friends of God they will never Forgive God if they are pardoned because they eternal enemies of God. The people in hell cause God day and night for all eternity.  Some start by begging God because of the pain and punishment they are experiencing but the truth comes to them that there no hope and satan laughs at them all their sins are before them and this multiply the horror and they cause God the more.

so, if the devil repents, who will pay for his sins? he still ends up in hell. No way out for him.

However, chances are that God might forgive if he does.

If God forgives the devil, then all our problems in this world will be over, no more temptation to sin, all man will be righteous, and evil will seize to exist. and there will be no fools that will deny God's existence honestly we are all supposed to join hands and pray for the devil to be forgived, or maybe we should try and convince the devil to ask God for forgiveness

what u dont understand is that we are not like u guys, atheism is not a religion or an organisaton. atheism is a peronal thing. and atheists do not have a unified system of belief. the only thing we have in common is that we disbelief in the existence of a God, a first cause or a creator. simple. any other thing attached is the individuals cup of tea. i dont need to agree with every atheist or whatever views they might have. and i dont need to study every book written by every atheist and definitely i dont need to know every of them.(who the hell is stephen hawkings, thomas huxley, am just hearing those names for the first time)
