don't you think something can still be done?
I read somewhere any player outside can be called up to replace any injured player in the 23 man list.....
any player outside the 23 man list but is amongst the 7 stand bys(30-7=23)

i am concerned with his passing skills.... which ogu and co currently lack...
him going to the world cup does not mean he will command a full debut....at least he can replace mikel sometimes in the second half...

that guy makes it look as if...mikel is in the field playing.... that the kind of player we need come in for mikel... in Russia.
I personally I am not too pleased with the presence of many DM and Cm in the team...moreover taking him to Russia will help in his development and the super eagles in the long run... it will make a big statement to arsenal and wherever he goes on loan that he is an AM and the drive tp convert him to a CM,DM,Winger etc will be curtailed...had it been keshi did same towards nancho...city won't have easily convert him to a striker....

we are currently short of AM in the super eagles....so why don't we build an encourage him to grow into that role...for now and the future sake.
he will not go because he is not listed in the 30 man list ..it is that simple

Betting impoverish people, simple. It's not about morality for me, it about plunging people further into poverty believing that ones day, they would win big!
There is a great difference between government that collects taxes as low as 5% and poor people using their daily incomes to place bets.
this your thought pattern is as good as trying to enforce morality..the people betting no longer can control themselves?are they forced to bet?is betting mandatory?haba!..maybe igf goverments did what they are supoosed to do first poverty would have being greatly reduced in the first instance.

it's not that I am denying Moses' importance in the team, and if he and Rohr have an agreement, that is all fine and good, but can Rohr read the minds of his team mates?

If, in a family, the parents give leeway to just one of the children simply because he performs best in his academics, will the other children not feel slighted?

I feel like most people supporting Moses are looking at things from the angle of "Moses and Rohr", they haven't considered that Rohr will not be on the pitch with Moses. That Yekini example, is therefore, a good one.

What if the other players decide that dem no go pass ball to Moses again? After all, since he is the golden boy, let him find a way to get the ball without the rest of the team.

Perspective goes a long way
this is true though

All leaders from both south and North are guilty of impoverishing their people. But the keyword in my comment was FURTHER.
I know what online betting are doing to guys around me in the southern part of Nigeria, it's worrisome. Believe me.
lets stop all these morality crap before we descend to iranian style of dictating of peoples lives..people should learn personal responsibility for any action..do you know how betting industry helps a nation?ask UK and USA how much they make for betting industry..all these are faux pa morality self..govt should do what they are supposed to do help the infrastructure and economy grow and expand and some these guys you are complaining about would actually leave gambling

Go and see the Serbia game again.
Even before that, our last two qualification games.
Even the game we won against Poland.
Then compare that to our games against Cameroon and Algeria.
Spot the differences.
Are you serious? The complacency of the fans has no bearing on the team?
please tell me how it is supposed to have any bearing on the team?prior to 2013 nations cup lots of Nigerians wrote off that team(including me) but they won it anyway..Colombians were over the moon about their usa 94 team but they crashed out in the first round..maradona himself said Argentinians never gave the 86 side any chance but they went all the way..so what are you saying?

you are very funny..i guess Croatia got complacent after qualification that was why peru beat them 2-0 in a friendly the same day we played poland..also too argentina got complacent that was why they were threashed 6-1 by spain..look friendly matches are to fine tune lots of things in a team..results help boost confidence but results are quite deceitful..i guess we were also complacent when the team beat Argentina 4-2..what was the complacency against the zambian team in uyo?is it because we beat them by a goal only?so you judge complacency in result only and not in their actual effort?no reason to even talk about the aigerian game in algeria

We seem to have been lured into a sense of security that's completely unfounded. There should be a difference between self-belief and stupidity.
Even scholars define cowardice as not the absence of but the ability to act in spite of fear.
please help me with an instance of how the team has become complacet?(for fans it has no bearing anyway in the team)

Good God, I wish you'd seen me worrying when that draw was made and how I screamed my head off after every goal, every save, every dribble.
However we shouldn't get complacent because we qualified this time around without employing a mathematician to do permutation and combination. The Serbia game was a reality check.
The team is improving, but is still average. It is not contestable.
Our prayer is that the average team forms a cohesive Unit with a mix of terrier hearts and flashes of individual brilliance that will take us far.
If I don't say the team is excellent, which isn't true, does it mean I'm from Niger Republic?
Na WA o.
are you talking about the fans or the team itself?

This guy is a joker! Does he even have the right to do this? Nigerians have freedom of association and freedom of movement. How dare you tell someone who is doing a LEGAL business to leave your state? Sports betting is duly registered and regulated by Nigerian Gaming Commission; I am sure a lot of people from Borno are working in the Nigerian Gaming Commission and the dullard governor recieves allocation from taxes paid to the FG by these betting companies.

FG should start excluding Taxes generated from alcohol and sports betting from these sharia states.

dont know about influencing brazil but i feel ajax of 1993 to 1996 and dutch national teams of 1988 euros and from from 1997 to 2001(ajax style inspired) looked up to that..of course the barca team under cruyff from 1990 to 1995 and subsequently barca team under guardiola (who is a cruyff disciple)
