Mad cow - when a big tree or giant is being fell - it all the many small blows that eventually topples it. Russia is being reduced to nothing through a long war of attrition. The first major hit was 1989. The US has been single super power since then. Slowly NATO and EU has co-opted former soviets....encircled Russia and we are facing the end of Russia as major global force.

Russia definitely seem to have met their waterloo in Ukraine. They are struggling militarily in a "special ops" against their slavic cousins. They haven't take Bakmut despite months of fighting. Russians have take huge toll - as Ukraine just sat back in the winter - and took their men out.

Eventually someone in Russia will put a bullet on Putin head and take over power - like happen in Sudan or Libya - hand over Putin to ICC.
