One of the things coaches try to establish in coaching school is the philosophy they will adapt to. It is the basic of coaching.

So a coach does not have to be Mancini who is quite brilliant. Heard his coaching badge thesis was on another level. But, a coach does not need to be as brilliant as Mancini to have his philosophy.
