Federal resources were not invested in Western Region (that extended to Jibowu and Mushin) or Lagos state. Those governments received their allocations and invested it as they saw fit. Same as some invested in brewery or saved the state government money in their bank.

UK have changed some of their immigration laws last year.

The main reason she was deported was false accusation of domestic violation and it's a very serious case now in the UK.
