I didn't know that APC have the right to insult when the party is called out but if Obidients insult when Obi is called out it becomes a crime according to you

I have the right to air my opinion as I see fit on any thread most especially if public matters are the subject of discussion

Can you point out where I abused you. If you're so emotionally fickle to call every exposure of your hypocrisy an insult then you're no different from the BATist who can only give but find it difficult to take

Dragging you here is to show you your own hypocrisy as well

I don't see the above as a compliment.

No one has said you or Obidients shouldn't post your opinions, in fact I myself would dearly love to read them as it would engender debate and stimulate us all to improve us. The problem is that you post with needless bile and invective.

Look at the topic we are on now, not once have you posted your considered opinion on the road, you started with labelling APC criminals and have fired even more abuse. When they fire back, you claim they are insulting you yen yen yen and they are not saints, something I never said they were by the way.

Honestly I tire for una Obidients Walahi.

Peter Obi will never, as the Presidential candidate of any party, poll the 6 million plus votes like he did last time.

He will get much less in SS, NC and SW for starters where President Tinubu will simply chopulate his votes from 2023.

He peaked in 2023 thanks to his Obidients on social media, how "symbolic" it is that those same Obidients insulting and abusing others means his time in the limelight is over.

Meanwhile I have to drag you here since you claim only Obidients insult and BATists are cool like a cucumber.
Dragging you here is to show you your own hypocrisy as well
Someone took pictures of the Road and you called APC criminals as a response. What do you expect APC people to do, smile and blow a kiss at you.

Why didn't you just move on to the next thread or comment directly onthe pictures?

Now that their battle cry is southern solidarity nko? If he'd the vast north in the bag, then he'd ignore the SE votes. Now that he's worse than an orphan in the core north, do you think he'd gloss over votes from the SE? If that were so, why were there subtle attempts for Obi to snub the adc and the LP left in disarray? Because Tinubu knows that the circumstances have changed.
There is nothing like core North.

APC will win North Central, they will most likely lose North East to Atiku and share North West votes as those ones don't particularly like Atiku.

APC will also clear South West and South South, so with three regions in the bag and one in play (North West), I don't think SE votes are as important to APC as you think.

“The exiled Benin Prince Izoduwa known to the Yorubas as Ooduwa (Oduduwa) was made ruler of the Ife people due to his powers and followers from the Great Benin-Kingdom

The person that wrote this piece showed that it is not worth reading as they did no research just by the above alone.

Ifá told the kingmakers that the next king would walk in from the forests in the Eastern side of town.

Izoduwa had been exiled from Benin and for safety reasons was travelling westwards with his full regalia.

As soon as he walked into town, he was made king as instructed by Ifa, not because of any powers of him and his entourage.

He was confused with his rousing welcome, who won't be, but thankfully what was happening was eventually made clear to him.

Izoduwa ruled over Ifẹ and never returned despite entreaties and pleas made to him from Benin when the plot to stop him being King, which caused him to leave in the first place, was unravelled.

Benin kingdom had a military outpost in Lagos by the sea, that was it.

Whoever wants to know who owns Lagos (island) should ask the palace what language they speak there

Whilst I agree that nothing is in the bag for APC despite governors detecting, thee, are two things I will like to mention.

1) In the history of our great country Nigeria, this is the most disorganised an opposition group as we've ever seen. The very worst by a country mile.

Opposition in Nigeria is useless granted, with backbiting and selfishness to the fore but this current mob are a mess the likes we've ever seen.

A paucity of decent candidates, so much so that someone like Dino is still considered some kind of player when he should have been consigned to the dustbin of history ages ago.

I do think a lot of these vary from race to race.

Same as the PSA thing for black men, it can be high and still not be a sign of prostrate issues unlike in other races.

A serial party hopper who achieved nothing particularly remarkable during eight years in a relatively small state like Anambra suddenly reinvented himself overnight as a messianic figure. Such a character is bound to fail woefully in a complex and deeply diverse country like Nigeria.

There is no coherent economic blueprint, only empty buzzwords, publicity stunts like serving food in public, recycled or questionable statistics, headline-chasing, and constant pandering to the gallery.

Peter Obi is largely a product of social media fabrication and hype. There is nothing exceptional about his record, either intellectually and in terms of measurable performance. What we are witnessing is a group of disgruntled elements desperately trying to repackage failure as a reformer, and a serial party hopper as an ideological politician. This political adventure is destined to end in heartbreak and premium tears
Per the bolded, I think he also benefited last time out from the facade of him not being part of the political class and a genuine acceptance by people for an (overdue) Igbo president. Thankfully for the latter, Professor Soludo and Bianca Ojukwu are looking like they will be able to correct that "anomaly" and unlike Peter Obi, I am confidently backing them to do so in a competent manner.

His Obidients unruly social media behaviour means he (thankfully) peaked in 2023 as you are right, oga really has nothing to offer.

Of more concern, but not surprisingly, is his occasional jumping head and feet into sensitive tribal related waters, and example of which was the Lagos trade fair complex debacle.

We definitely dodged a bullet in Nigeria.
CelebritiesRe: Music Legend Fela Kuti Becomes First African To Get Grammys Lifetime Achievement by aswani(m): 10:39pm On Jan 30
Benbellamor:
The day I watched Fela perform live at Onikan Stadium, my entire perspective about him changed.

The sheer scale of the musical instruments alone spoke of massive investment. The stage arrangement, the discipline, and the deep understanding of how each member related with one another were lessons worth studying.

I arrived during the soundcheck and watched closely as his manager coordinated every department—the percussionists, guitarists, sax and flute players, backup singers, and dancers—directing them to take their positions and begin playing. The rhythm flowed steadily for a while.

When Fela finally mounted the stage, he raised both arms and bowed left, right, and center. Instantly, every member of Egypt 80 became intensely focused—because Fela could detect the slightest mistake if you weren’t playing your instrument well.

“One, two, three, four.”

With subtle hand movements pointing downward, the rhythm shifted. The volume dropped, leaving only the shekere and keyboard echoing through the stadium.

Fela then began introducing the opening track to the audience. He explained that it was a repeat of what they had performed in Berlin and asked the crowd, “What is VIP?”

Audience: Very Important Personality.

Fela smiled and replied, “You’re partially correct, but in the Nigerian context, it means Vagabonds in Power.”

At that moment, the volume surged, the full band kicked in, and the performance resumed in full force.

What I learned that day was Fela’s deliberate effort to ensure everyone in the audience understood every aspect of his performance. He would pause to explain parts of his music just to carry everyone along. He never got lost in any musical key because he controlled every element of the sound.

Today, we see young performers mount the stage while the DJ plays pre-recorded beats, without any concern for whether the audience truly understands or connects with the music.

This was the music process—clearly and powerfully demonstrated by Fela Kuti.
Thanks for this, I never saw him live but I can believe his stage presence would be a unique experience.

You nailed it with your description, thank you once more.

Igbos are not like you guys that sees a trap and still walk into it. Igbos has the ability to see through a rock or a steel. That's why they were able to see that tinibu will bury what is left of Nigeria and it's happening exactly.

Have you asked yourself how, somebody that created fake clergymen and imams won an election?
Somebody that is hated by many won an election and you are here talking about how Obi and his lawyers couldn't prove the mandate stealing in court as if you don't know that, eyeneck and judiciary are the weapons that was formed to work against the common man.
Those elections of 2023 were the fairest ever in the history of Nigeria, if for the fact that President Tinubu lost in Lagos state.

I expected the great Ndigbo tribe, a blessed tribe that have been kind to me in life by the way, to vote fairly like Ndi North or Ndi Yoruba.
