Oga ur nigeria mostly with SW has nothing to offer igbos besides the igbos servicing thr region economy. Go face the problem of your region and secure a decent job for yourself first. How old are u now.If no job go and start farming
Which agitation, they bundled Ohamdike illegally from another country, left him in custody for a whole 4 years in a blatant extra judicial move, now he has been jailed for life.

All that time, you people where only disturbing us on Nairaland here shouting whatever, na agitation bi dat? Agitation indeed.

Compare your empty barellism to that of Ndi Yoruba, despite being in the same APC with President Buhari who was desperate for Igboho in his gulag, those ones played their card deftly, mo threat that President Buhari didn't make to Cotonou people, Igboho escaped to Europe, no noise, nada.

So as we all know it , Christmas is a special festival celebrated from people all over the world.
what are your plans for Christmas and who are you spending your Christmas with ?
Your Romantic partner ?
Your wife and kids ?
Your family ?
Alone ?

For me I would be on a solo vacation chilling in Ghana that's where I would be enjoying this year Christmas( by God's grace)
I've always wanted to visit Ghana , so I'd be doing that this year Christmas, I've heard so many nice things about Ghanian foods and their women as well. Probably spend some nice time on the beach scouting for big big things you gerrit? . All work and no play makes jack a dull boy.

Tell me your Christmas 🎄 plans.
Per the bolded, I wouldn't raise my hopes about Ghanaian food, once you remove kelewele, which is admittedly Uber delicious in whatever form you have it, those people have nothing to offer at all in that culinary regard so keep your hopes grounded.

I used to have lonely Christmases and I must say, I look backward with fondness to those days.

I am not yet certain what I will do at Christmas this year sha.

Any man who consciously tries to placate or please a woman by trying to handle domestic house chores out of fear of what a woman will say has failed himself and has even lost the respect he thinks the woman will accord him for helping her.
You are a king, you don't do shit to please a woman, do things because you feel u want to do it not because if u don't do it your woman will snap. If that's the case, the woman sees through you and know u are just a loser trying to cajole her with domestic work which has no value to a woman when a man does it to compensate. U just ridicule urself.
Okay I am not sure if you meant to reply to me as you missed my point entirely if you did.

Two quick things, doing domestic chores is not an exclusive preserve of any gender neither is it to please anyone.

Secondly, marraige is not about anyone being a king, it is about the strengthening of a family with all parts pulling towards a common goal.

If the woman earns more than the man and puts a higher proportion than the man towards family expenses, you really think the male can still be walking around claiming King.

You are a generation or two late, marriage dynamics have changed albeit not necessarily for the better.

If your woman earns more than you, I suggest you do a lot more around the house to make up for it.

Anything less and you as a man are asking for trouble.

The ones that don't earn as much as their husbands have little regard for them, talk less of you.

Can you or any other Nigerian recall an Abuja rep easily in one Nigeria? You know how powerfully entrenched these politicians are in their constituencies, you know how corrupt your country is that you can not easily succeed in such endeavour.... How is Akpabio who did not participate in the last Senatorial election still a Senator and your Senate President?

I still maintain that the only way out is for all ordinary people from all regions to rise up and end Nigeria or restructure it.... You can not leave Nigeria by participating politically through occupying public offices as the system is designed to entrap you.... I asked you a question in my previous post which is obvious from your reply that you already know the answer but chose to wallow in the illusion that Nigeria is a normal country like Ireland and Britain....
Look at the Peter Obi effect last elections, it is gone now thanks to Obidients, and tell me that the electorate don't have any power.

SanwoOlu was literally soiling his pants as Chinedu Gbadebo would have toppled him if not for the fact that that one is senseless and doubled down on his Anti Yourba tweets.

Look at the Obidient tsunami in Edo state and see how LP won Abuja seats in various states.

The electorate do still have power and my belief is when rightly harnessed, the political class will be in trouble.

You haven't even tried the political route yet but you are saying it wouldn't work. Try it and let's see where exactly the pipe is blocked so it can be addressed.

RomanceRe: If He Hits A Woman,he Is A Beast.. by aswani(m): 7:06am On Dec 04, 2025
True story, man hits woman who immediately takes a picture of her swollen face and shows the whole word.

After full investigation, woman had to apologise publicly to the man for events that led up to it.

To cut a long story short, the Jezebelian daughter of Eve had put their baby's life at risk in cornering the man and wildly attacking him with a "weapon" while he held the baby.

Don't hit a woman is a good adage, don't hit a man is also good as is the one that suggests if you can see the man is gradually getting angrier and he is physically stronger than you, take a step away from the situation there and then.

Your parents, children, family and friends will gain nothing from seeing you in hospital or worse still in a morgue.

Do you remember the Nigeria Restructuring Economic 2021 Bill news that went viral last year? (https://www.vanguardngr.com/2024/02/of-constitution-review-and-restructuring/)

That restructuring bill was great and got massive support from Nigerians but what did your Abuja reps and federal government do? They rejected it, called it fake news and buried it. This should give you a clue that there is no political route to leaving Nigeria....

I am not sure why your continued hold on an illusion that your one Nigeria selfish politicians who can not even support the call for restructuring will some how allow the passage of a referendum bill for igbos to leave Nigeria....
If is was "massively supported by Nigerians", why were the ones that opposed it not called to order and voted out?

The bill in your link has nothing to do with Biafra secession, why is it so important to your being for you to bring it up in this discussion.

Nigerian politicians might be selfish but as people showed by voting Peter Obi to give him third position, the electorate still have a say.

Put yourself forward as a candidate for Biafran actualisation next legislative elections and let's see how much people believe in you and vote you in.

You never imagined you'd be asking yourself this question right?, but here you are. Marriage was supposed to bring stability, love, and lifelong companionship, yet the one thing you never saw coming is the slow withdrawal of intimacy.
.
Not intimacy, it is the need for domination in a marraige that a good chunk of women now have because they feel they don't want to be dominated like their mothers were.

Of course, the dominant (female) party ignores the other party's concerns and the ability to talk honestly no longer exists because madam is now an alpha female in the house, no doubt spurred on by friends and family.

Before you know it, female colleague at work or wherever is listening to the man in a way wifezilla can't be bothered to.

You know what can happen next.

There is only a tiny minority of men that are irreedimable vow breakers.

Bro I consider divorce every night a year after my wife delivered my first child,
I have 2now and they are the reason I stay married,
No one will tell you how difficult and draining marriage is, even the intimacy becomes work,

Omo guy no marry anything, look for work or hustle and enjoy your life, you don't need to be married to have children, you don't need marriage to have good intercourse,

Take it from a married depressed man, marriage is a scam,
All the women on this planet are wired same way,

You will regret marrying them sooner or later
You are speaking a truth here, from a man's point of view, about majority of marriages, particularly those of Nigerians in the West.

This is the first generation of men that are effectively paying the price for the previous generations behaviour in marraige.

Women saw how their mums were slighted and now take every single thing as a slight to be challenged forcibly. In fact, it is men that now hold marraiges together because of children and go through hell as a result.

I have always said one thing, when the children effectively grow up and leave home to start their lives, the cracks in a lot of marraiges are going to show and a lot of them will fall apart.

This is not all marraiges of course but majority are tending this way.

Forget all the babe this and babe that, a lot of pain is going on from a man's point of view behind closed doors.

Comparing Ireland to Nigeria is akin to comparing Apples to Oranges.....

If you quoted the complete reply I made to you, I had said that Nigeria is a weapon of control, you are seeking permission from people (politicians) you share nothing in common, who believes that the only way they can thrive is by keeping you locked into one Nigeria, a few powerful men and women with their foreign counterparts who share same entitlement mentality that they own Nigeria and it's resources. In summary, what I am trying to tell you is that no one can unilaterally leave Nigeria without a fight. If you didn't learn anything about what Nigeria represents till now then you should've learnt something from the blatantly unjust trial and imprisonment of Nnamdi Kanu....

No matter what you do in one Nigeria as long as you are in a democracy (cosmetic democracy) that relies on the principle of a simple majority, you will always be systematically drawn against the interests of others from other regions. IMHO, You can not leave Nigeria by participating with it politically unless the people of all regions rise up to either end it or restructure it....
I suspect you will be very surprised by how quickly a referendum Bill might pass through parliament if proposed.

I have always said that Ndigbo separatists should try that route first and let's see those that would vote against the Bill passing through parliament.

Rather than all the "it will never work anyway" defeatist attitude.

Regarding your submission that igbos can leave by voting in Abuja reps, you know that this not possible because once you as a politician is appointed to a public office, you take the oath to defend and serve one Nigeria.
This is blatantly false, as a Senator or Representative, you can put forward a bill for a referendum on self determination in any part of the country.

It's a motion that if majority do support, can then be the start of your being a separate nation moving forward. You wanting to be a nation is definitely not inimical to Nigerian interests as there will still be a Nigeria after you have left.

That aside, Northern Irish politicians from Sinn Fein did something in the UK that is a good template for Biafran separatists, they put themselves forward for office and did not go to the Houses of Parliament when they won elections as they refused to swear an oath to the monarch.

Now they have their parliament at Stormont as a direct result and have even been part of the devolved Northern Irish government before.

So try the political route first.

Ojukwu's Biafra is gone, the modern igbo nation called Biafra or whatever name it will be called will not force any one to be part of it as Nnamdu Kanu has rightly said all will be given the right to choose through a peaceful referendum and I agree. Nigeria remains a zoo if not for any other reason but the fact that the rights of the indigenous people to self-determination is not recognized, they cannot leave, anyone like Nnamdi Kanu agitating for his people and ancestral land to leave the contraption are criminalized, labelled separatists or terrorists and jailed.... If you are proud being part of this injustice entity, this prison called Nigeria, then you have no reason to complain over the unjust actions of your Nigerian leaders against you.....
You can leave the contraption by voting in Abuja reps and senators who will propose the motion. Why not try that route first?

The ones there now from Aligbo are angrily walking out because their indiginisation bill wasn't passed. A bill that's the direct opposite of the separatism you people on Nairaland claim is supported by lots of Ndigbo.

Why not recall all of them and replace them with those that are ready to push your separatism agenda starting from a referendum.

Per not forcing people to be part of anything, why would you even put them there in the first place? Even Yoruba that Benin people have closer ties to wouldn't attempt it.

In different occasions when different individuals has brought up the call. They are cut short that Nigerian unity is not negotiable so they don't allow even debate on it.It has happened in constitutional amendment and the senate in the past. When national discuss is to be tabled. They make it category clear that such discussions is not going to be allowed.
It is now the duty of the federal government to use its powers to send it as executive Bill to prove Kanu wrong. That he does not have 60% igbo support. Though I can bet he has 95% support for biafran nation.Do u see all diaspora support all over the world for it.They even celebrate biafran day already.
The only people that claimed Nigerian unity was non negotiable were

1) Owelle vetoing the secession clause proposed by Awo and agreed to by Sardauna.

2) Ikemba in quelling Adaka Boro's declaration of Niger Delta republic.

That aside though, the only people that have powers for your referendum are legislators, it is well outside the remit of any other powers of government.

If so many Ndigbo support referendum and secession, then why not put people up for election as their primary purpose in Abuja, vote them overwhelmingly and get the Biafran party started.

I will tell you why, there is zero appetite for Biafran in Aligbo amongst Ndigbo, not 90%.

Would majority of those Igbos supporting Nnamdi Kanu have done so if every citizens are made to live in their regions?

Many of those supporting this court-declared international terrorist are living and earning their livelihood outside Igboland. Many are in Lagos while others are outside the shores of the country. Would they have been shouting hosanna if they are victims of the carnage and atrocities of this self-proclaimed Biafra Lord?

Apart from Orji Uzor Kanu and some bold ones among them, are most of their leaders not supporting NK for political reasons?

Would they have been bold enough to pitch their tent with him, if there are no peaceful regions like the South West to run to?
I said it here before, when Biafra becomes a country, you will be shocked at the number and calibre of people that will refuse to declare allegiance to it and prefer to stay as Nigerians.
