this your method sha, my recipe is as follows
*6 cups of medium sized groundnut, (dried but not roasted)
*6 cups of flour
*1 cup of sugar
*2 eggs
* 0.5 teaspoon salt
*0.5 cup powdered milk or milk flavor
* 0.5 nut Meg flour or any flavor
steps
*whisk the eggs into a bowl and add your sugar, keep mixing until all the sugar is dissolved in the egg (optional, soak the sugar in the egg overnight, it will be as smooth as syrup in the morning, or heat the sugar in little water under low heat till it dissolve, allow to cool then mix with the egg)

*mix the milk powder, nut Meg, or powdered flavor with the flour and seive (if flavor is liquid, mix it with the egg and sugar mixture instead)

*now put the groundnut in a wide bowl
* add 3 table spoons of the egg and sugar mixture and shake the groundnut very well until all the nuts are coated with the sugar mixture

*add a handful of the flour to the groundnut and shake very well in such a manner that all the nuts are covered with the flour

* repeat this last 2 steps until ur nuts are finely coated to ur desired size.

now heat vegetable oil under medium heat and fry the nuts until it's golden brown. don't leave it too long on the fire or else it will burn.

Enjoy ur finely shaped crunchy homemade peanut burger
