They can only cancel the 6 units where the over-voting was detected. Then, they will recalculate and subject the remaining results to electoral act. They cannot cancel the whole election because of over-voting in 6 units of 3763 units. Of course, this indicates substantial compliance with 2022 electoral act. So, the election results stand.

6 polling units was claimed by Pdp while 765 was claimed by APC the judges will look into both claims and not just the 6 polling units

The tribunal is just wasting her time. Buhari's case in PDP vs APC 2019 at the court of appeal and supreme court is now a law. All one needs is to swear an affidavit and present it in court that he or she possesses a said certificate.

The difference between 2018 and 2022 is the new electoral act.

In 2018 if there was overvoting or discrepancies in result the law says Inec can declare the election inconclusive and do a rerun.

However in the new electoral act inec shall cancel the election of those polling units. No reruns. No inconclusive elections.

APC's argument is that if the over 700 PUs are cancelled according to the electoral act. APC wins...

Inec is said to be claiming the first report was wrong.....but it was signed by inec and that was the first report produced before any Knowledge of litigation.......once litigation was initiated inec seems to have gone back to produce a different report.....inec has to prove that the 2nd report not the first is the truth

That is exactly where INEC messed them up! The second report was clearly an after thought, after the litigation has exposed their short coming infact it is the same thing as tampering with evidence which INEC staff can be jailed for! those guys messed the Adelekes up.

Imagine agreeing to saying the first report was incomplete and was a mistake damn!! And u rightfully signed it as Certified True Copy ? And u could not stand ur ground that they should wait ?wo ko si oro jare the judges ain't fools they know what to do the truth is INEC did a shody job for the ADELEKEs and they INEC were greatly compromised.

I don't get! Is it that Exxon Mobil doesn't have the right to sell their shares to whomever they like ? Why must they give NNPC the first right of refusal, just because they are a partner, it doesn't make sense. Exxon Mobil wants to transfer its shares to a competent Indigenous Oil company that has demonstrated resilience all these while since 2011. Even if Exxon Mobil decides to sell its entire holdings for #5000, Is it your business?

It is a national asset and a JV (Joint Venture) the regulatory body is right, they needed to be carried along before any bid or sales of any amount of shares because the venture was jointly owned by FG and Mobil. The issue here is Mobil is trying to do what they can not try in other climes like USA or UK or even Russia, they would be fined heavily and they know this.

When selling such shares you dont offer directly to an outsider when the direct people which are; the State where the Venture was held, the National oil company (NNPC LTD) has not said they are not interested it means something is fishy with Mobil hurried sales and can only be 2 things either Seplat has bribed the presidency to take over behind the scene or Mobil itself is culpable whereby they are trying to hide something which must have lead to the hurried sale of their asset.

Mobil and Seplat needed to be investigated and search light needed must be beamed on even the presidency itself on how President assent was gotten without recourse to the regulatory body. If u all remember same also happened during GEJ era which was in court till date a case of shell and one other oil company like that, the asset was undervalued and sold behind the scenes. we should learn how to do things correctly.

The cheapest state to live in the south is Osun. Things are relatively cheap here from house rent to basic provisions. If you're really tired of staying in glorified cities then Osun is the most convenient place you can live in.

There is stable power too in Osun. Osun has one of the most stable power in the entire country

That was before not anymore, move to Ekiti now if want cheaper life. however as for electricity yet to some extent but not everywhere and this electricity stability was because of the TCN location in the state
