Mogidi: Gov. Aliyu Joins Fayose, Wants Muazu out As PDP Chair Gov. Babangida Aliyu of Niger on Saturday urged leaders of PDP to emulate the British political leaders, who resigned after leading their party to defeat in Thursday’s election.
Aliyu gave the advice in Dutse at the inauguration of a township road named after the then “G7 Governors’’ by Gov. Sule Lamido of Jigawa.
He said that any leader, who led his political party to defeat, like it happened to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) supposed to resign.
‘’It is unfortunate that people had to be called to resign. “The leaders are supposed to voluntarily resign their positions for the loss at the just concluded general elections. Please ask them to tell us which northern govs they are talking about. After 29th May, PDP has 3 northern gov. With 100% funding of the party depending on the states of Delta, Akwaibom, Rivers and Baylesa. |

What's the jumping up and down on this thread about? if govs don't present him a list someone will present him a list. What's important to me is the money issues, for months we have been overwhelmed with states accusing Goodluck of withholding their monthly allocations. This was a major campaign issue. APC almajiris on this forum have repeated that charge over and over again, hopefully those of you waiting for Buhari to supply your state will money from your father's treasury can read the hand writing on the wall.
Jonathan never withheld your state monies and Buhari will not add one kobo to your allocation, so your suffering continues. |

IsraeliAIRFORCE: Read between the lines, there is a Northern agenda paraded by former CPC and ANPP Reps without ACN and Southern Nigeria concerns. It is only Gbajabiamila that can provide the balance if Bukola Saraki loses the bid to become Senate President.
Regional Interest is their main focus far above party interest. Taking a lesson from the 7th Assembly were almost all PDP Reps of Northern extraction are in support of Aminu Tambuwal notwithstanding party affiliation throughout his ups and downs.
Any bill they don't want no matter how important it is to restructuring the present system will be put in the cupboard just like the PIB. There is no northern agenda, some Nigerians decided to sign themselves up for perpetual slavery. Don't blame the northerner. PDP will deliver the votes to make a NEer speaker and another northern Senate president. What do we have to lose again, nothing. |

mcquin: Dude I was in Kano 2 months back. Those guys live on Agriculture and their government support them. Truth is between Northerners and we down south, we are lazy, relying on oil. Just take a trip from where you are and don't let ignorance kill you so you see pple realy survive on agric.
In any case, I have already set out a 100x100 for farming in Eyaen, Benin-city; when the chips are down, I can soil my hands.
Now are you ready to drink your oil? When you are done lying to yourself, you will head to your cocoa plantation. Typical of the Almajiris, pathetic liars. |
Politics › Re: Breaking !! Nigerian Crude Oil Cargoes Unsold Due To OIL GLUT! Economic Crises!! by atlwireles: 1:37pm On May 08, 2015 |
mcquin: I see how it hurts when you hear Nigeria wants to do away with oyel. Clearly shows oyel has been your source of bragging and not hardwork. Too bad God wants the"our oyel" bragging to stop hence the world is no longer interested in oyel.
Like I said earlier even if Buhari and all the almajiri's want oil, they have no choice in this matter than find something else cos the world no longer needs ND oyel.
I still know countries manufacture cocoa and groundnut product. Malaysia bought oil palm fruits from Nigeria to start their oil palm industry and is now miles ahead of naija even with naija's black gold. So give me one reason why we shouldn't dump oil and follow the part of other countries producing and processing farm produce. Thailand exports Rice, why can't we? Are we better than they are?
Now go shove the oyel up your a** again. Mkponi bot! Haha, please go and start your plantations and stop wasting time. |

So go shove your oyel up your a.nus. Talking like a little kid, your 419 general and his almajiris troops like you, should line up and start your cocoa and groundnuts plantations. The only people dying to have oyel shove down your asses and throats are almajiris like you, that's why your 419 general told the world he will stabilise oil prices. Not cocoa, not groundnut, not coal, not more taxes from your so called sophisticated enterprises, but OUR OYEL.. What else do you know besides oil? |

Sweetguy25: The crux of the matter is that even after all the cost cutting measures have been implemented, the money received or saved from those measures will still be too small to achieve anything important. The annual budget will still hover around 4 or 5 trillion naira, an amount which cannot sustain the education sector. Your assessment is right on the money. I submit to you, that APC will not be able to find N100B savings at the end of their noise making about leakages in government. |

Calling for fiscal federalism is against everything APC and the incoming government represents. That's not going to happen, their leadership is preparing to run a collect and share "allocation process". 2.3million barrels of crude oil is all they know. Anybody expecting anything different is wasting their time. |
