Threads like this, always reveal the emptiness in this country. The incoming government is going to be borrowing about N2T within the next 18 months. I will be waiting for comments when this borrowing starts. Until people in this country learn and start to live in a real world, not the make believe nonsense most of you sell to yourselves. This country is going nowhere. All your hopes are linked to 2.3M barrels of crude oil. What a bunch of jokers. angry angry angry angry angry angry

Acidosis:
The joke is on all those who fought his policies (CONFAB, attempt to remove subsidy, you lots even criticised him for renovating airports in the east and south south) Oh you want it all in Lagos, so all other states can remain dormant and stagnant?

Some states haven't paid salaries yet they have mineral resources worth trillions. Rather than fight for policies that will enable them dig the soil, explore their resources, employ their graduates (instead of running to Lagos & Abuja after NYSC), and manage their wealth appropriately, y'all said NO, because y'all know your governors have zero understanding on investment, business transformation, and resource control.

The joke is on You all.

Muazu and the current NWC are going to leave , he knows this fact already. Muazu should go back to bauchi and build the party there.

PoliticsRe: Call On Sack Of NWC: Mu’azu, Others Berate Fayose by atlwireles: 8:57pm On May 04, 2015
I don't know why the leadership of the party is making all this noise. Fayose position is where majority of the members stand. The leadership of the party is going to change.

PoliticsRe: Buhari's Ban On AIT: Nigerians Are Not Fools by atlwireles: 6:53pm On May 04, 2015
The miracle worker and his Sai crowd might turn out to be the best tool Nigerians needed to educate themselves about democracy and the rule of law. Many of them forgot is not 1983, "with immediate effect" is unfortunately for them, not applicable here. Buhari and his supporters will learn, they have no choice but learn.
PoliticsRe: MTN Licence To Expire In 2016, Threatens To Hike Tariff If by atlwireles: 5:10pm On May 04, 2015
If you don't like MTN use another service provider. We have a country of 170M people, please start your own telecom company and do with your profits whatever you like. MTN owes you nothing, but a good service for the money you pay for recharge. You cannot compel them to list on your stock exchange or hinder them from taking 100% of their profits home.

PDP had a majority? You know something I don't know. When it comes to structural changes in Nigeria, PDP never had a majority.

PoliticsRe: Who Has The Constitutional Power To Slash The Salaries Of Senators by atlwireles:
cool318:
@ atlwireless, this is never aligned to Political Party affiliations or bickerings.
The solution to this consumption of 3% of the National Budget by these guys are what is being sought after. Morever, Nobody in power has ever raised this issue since theinception of this democratic dispensation.
You probably listened and watched a different campaign in the last 5 years in this country. The fake and pretentious progressives in this country have had the votes needed to make the change needed with the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and
Fiscal Commission act if they wanted. Why couldn't all the Mr clean in NASS led by the new gov elect of Sokoto, make any change to the revenue formula. Even the 3% was because NOI insisted on the NASS making some cuts, this earned her enemies in the NASS, for daring to ask for cuts from them. The loudest opposition to these cuts are in charge today.

There are no solutions as things stand today, because the structural change this country needs is viewed with fear and trepidation in some sections of this country. Many of you hate the truth, because you want to pretend yesterday never happened.
PoliticsRe: Who Has The Constitutional Power To Slash The Salaries Of Senators by atlwireles: 3:00pm On May 04, 2015
These are some of the basic facts in this country, most APC supporters never heard about angry. They thought emperor Jonathan had the power of life and death in his hands. They are all in for a great surprise come May 29. Imagine, APC in Osun state telling their people, Buhari will increase their allocation undecided
PoliticsRe: Be Prepared To Play Credible Opposition, Mark Tells PDP by atlwireles: 8:01pm On May 03, 2015
The first order of a political opposition is money. PDP will not be lacking in that area. Also our political non members will not be seeking green pastures in the party anymore. It will only get better from here.

PassingShot:
This man is a confused human being.

When APC was accepting defectors from PDP, they played the victim and chided APC.

And when APC categorically made it clear that defectors were no longer welcome, he has this to say:

“Personally it does not worry me but I shudder at the wedge placed by the new ruling party banning the incoming troupes. It shows signs of how they will run the country from May 29 2015. It shows how they will not regard non APC Nigerians as part of their responsibility which will be a shame.”

What does PDP want from APC?

He's not welcome in APC. He is already complaining about APC not accepting more defectors!
I don't care

First order of business will be the sacking of Muazu and the entire NWC, they're free to join APC. PDP cannot rebuild itself in the next 4 years. The party will consolidate its base and go from there.
