Christlike01:Funny enough you have forgotten so quickly that it happened at end of the war and was neccessary to avoid any form of embarrassment to the pride of the land of the rising sun. However how about the ones who took NADECO route via Cotonou dressed like mama Iyabo with a tray of Agbo on their heads,to escape the Abacha regime at a time of peace. Not to even mention the national disgrace as never been seen before, where Yoruba generals arrested for alleged coup plot during Abachas regime were crying like babies on national television. Guy,the joke is on you! |
His a Christian, why the question? Even when you are seeing Christ-opher and you are still asking. |
Ballmer:At the end of the day,you have obidients to thank for putting our unrepentant serial looting politicians on their foot. If Nigerians were all Agbadorians,Omokri or Bayo Onunoga could tell them that the flood at the airport was a sign of divine acceptance of the actions and inactions of their overlord in Aso Rock. Atleast obidients will question conventions and manipulations because they have chosen to use their God giving brain, unlike agbadorians that has surrendered their right to think on a pot of porridge! |
Yoruba man!...I'm not surprise. You will not die but eventually we will all die, there is no escape route...dont pretend as if you have a thousand years to live on earth,be good to all the people you can while you can. Handle public resources in your care with the fear of God,try as much as much as possible to be a servant leader and help make Nigeria a better place. Know this and know peace! |
He is worthy of it,he fought for it with tenacity of purpose and with the never die spirit of ndigbo,I will be so pleased as an Asaba man to join up with my brothers in the new state, that by the grace of God,will be known as Anioma state. God bless Anioma God bless ndigbo God bless Africa! |
owobokiri:You are very much on point. As it's common with them, they always like to change history to suit their narratives.Even the NADECO they made so much noise about, was a coalition of democrats and the real founding fathers, who fought on ground and not jumping into one boat and taking the 'NADECO route' through cotonou and start making noise outside the country. These are the real founding fathers who fought the fight; Key figures and founding signatories include: Chief Michael Adekunle Ajasin Chief Anthony Enahoro (often regarded as the de facto leader) Chief Abraham Adesanya Chief Ayo Adebanjo Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe (Rtd.) General T.Y. Danjuma (Rtd.) Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu (Rtd.) Alani Akinrinade (Gen. Rtd.) Dr. Beko Ransome-Kuti Chief Cornelius Adebayo Chief Alfred Rewane Dr. Amos Akingba Air commodore Jona Jang (Rtd) Commodore Dan Sulieman(Rtd) Chief Cornelius Adebayo Labaran Maku Ayo Opadokun Phillip Asieudo etc These were the real heroes of democracy and not the later day saints who joined the wagon while hiding in exile and came back to make noise later. |
chukwutee:These clowns will stay online and be shouting IPOB did this,Ipob did that, omo igbo this, omo igbo that, like the proverbial ostrich that hides his face in the sand against the enemy while his entire body is outside. The real enemies are lurking in the corner planning destruction but you online touts will keep yourselves busy with ndigbo, that's interesting. I do not support or like this government but anything military takeover I stand against it in totality and every reasonable Nigeria must do same. The president will leave that seat but by democratic means, come 2027 we will all make sure we vote him out. |
All I can see in his statement,is of a people who are insecured,we are all witnesses to the billions of dollars of Nigerian money Tinubu is channeling to Lagos state, far above the entire money marked out for some regions,in few years they Yorubas will still claim that those projects were done by them and not FG. The posters above claimed they built Lagos which was a former capital of Nigeria, just like Abuja is now.Probably in few years time the Gwari man will tell us how he built Abuja. I keep asking Yorubas that usually twist history to suit their narratives, why not build another Yoruba state, may be Ekiti,Osun,Ondo etc since you built Lagos, why are you afraid to build other states. |
Bluntemperor:The north goes in their and favour the north but a Yoruba man goes in there and favour only Yorubas, infact mainly Lagosians and please let nobody mention southerners. |
They entire south east and south south got less than 200 slots....this extreme tribalism and yorubalization is pushing Nigeria to precipice! I have said it severally,no tribe is half as tribalistic as Yorubas, get an employment in an office with majority Yorubas, you are finished, they will speak only their language to make sure you are put out of daily activities in that office, you will be most likely stagnated, infact you may be forced to sign your resignation and the next day one Bayo, that is a messenger in that office will be instantly elevated to takeover your position. Just look at what is happening at the national level, thankGod all Nigerians are witnessing it firsthand. |
owobokiri:Your points are germane, dont think we Igbos dont know all these already,we have seen leaks from watsapp groups calling on their people to do everything to stop Igbos in Lagos and by extension in Nigeria. You dont expect me to be undeplomatic in my statements in a public forum like this,we know the game,we Know what their plans are,we are following and nobody is standing akimbo legged doing nothing. It is not just an agenda that they started today but was giving fuel ever since someone was mercilessly defeated in his backyard in Lagos. The average Yoruba man has always seen Igbos as a threat to their rising above others in Nigeria. Remember Pa Awolowo's recommendation for only 20 pounds each to Igbos no matter how much you have in the bank after the Biafra war. After which they quickly suggested the nationalization of foriegn companies in Nigeria, knowing that at that point the Igbos have been handicapped by the war and by their financial strangulation of the Igbos after the war,so they where left to buy up all the nationalized companies as theirs. Fast forward to today,95% of all those companies they bought have either folded, liquidated,re-sold or are struggling to survive and yet again, igbos are assumed to be taken over the economy,so the need to use the privilege of having their brother on top,to do everything possible to fight and frustrate igbo businesses. The good thing is that we are more culturally prepared for such than anyother tribe, when you squeeze us,we don't fold we focus. Those who fight us,strengthen us,our antagonists are our helpers! We ve been through this road before but with our collective resolve,it will only get better. We are watching the shameless tragedy on the stage, the actors, drama kings and queens but before they come to the realization, the cinema may be worthless and they have theirselves to blame. |
The police rebuttal dont seem strong to me,to convince Nigerians that nothing of such is happening, journalists should be taken to Arugungu in Kebbi, down to the said forest and prove to Nigerians that nothing is being built there and if any, reason and why such is being built. This is to clear all doubts, especially now that Nigeria is bedeviled with all sorts of insecurity. |
As for Bokku stores,'he who brings in an ant infested wood into his house,is definitely inviting lizards into his house'!I wont say much but be less assured that you have ended up demarketing your shop's because of your bigoted views and igbophobia'!The internet dont forget and we certainly wont forget...this news will gradually trickle down to the ordinary people in the street. As much as I dont wish you bad in your business, you goofed real time. |
I read this with the hope of seeing may be about 50 or more people he appointed in the list, only to see 6 names with no so much relevant foriegn recognition and which has nothing to do with their achievements as an appointee of Tinubu.A man that have appointed over 300 people into various positions and yet the online 30 thousand naira media crew charlatans are here jumping up and down in other to earn their pay check for this month. I almost forgot is month end, they need to hurry up and get paid. |
Amotolongbo:No,unlike Tinubu,Obasanjo as the then president, wasn't a tribal bigot and he sent a clear message to all tribal governors like Tinubu. Now Sowuolu has the tacit support of the president and reason why he is doing it with reckless abandon.Even to the extend of doing same on federal government lands issued to people in Lagos. The question is,why didnt Sowuolu demolish people's property in this manner when Buhari was the president?your guess is as good as mine. |
Appletek:Your opinion suggests that you are a local champion, you hardly travel, probably your world starts in Iragbaji Osun state and ends in ikorodu in Lagos state. For your information Igbos are like the Chinese, indians or the Jews,we travel a lot,we explore new grounds, move to uncharted sea and oceans doing our businesses. You may think in your myopic mind that Igbos are only in Yoruba states or Lagos,Igbos are in their millions in the North,Niger Delta,China,US,UK,entire Europe, length and breadth of Asia,Australia, the great continent of Africa and world over. That is the undying spirit of an igboman! |
Emma1Oj:Bros there is no argument on this, its obvious to the entire country which tribe is the father of tribalism in Nigeria.Yorubas are so tribal to the point that they can no longer hide their tribal instincts. Imagine how shamefully they have cleared all doubts. Tinibu even as president of a multi ethnic nation, has shown the worst forms of tribalism and nepotism known to mankind. The good thing is that Nigerians of all tribe and colors have confirmed this tribalism firsthand. |
gbaskiboy:Why do you speak with so much ignorance or just pretence, just like in Nigeria, votes dont count in cameroun,it is selection by the corrupt elites. Reason why I doff my cap for Ghana, they have gotten their democracy right. |
This one no follow, what kind of record is this, probably we should check at what age did both start football before saying he achieved the record at a younger age.....but I am sure messi may never get the number of carrier goals CR7 has before messi retires. |
When the government refuse to do the needful, distress houses at the verge of collapse are litred allover Lagos but they are busy looking for good properties owned by Omo igbo to destroy. When environmental care is built on tribal interest, stories like the above may be the order of the day. |
Racheal45:You just changed the question half way, your first question is how can one differentiate the voice of God from that of demons! Even if bro Eze does, their ministries and purposes are different and it still doesn't make either bad....I guess, your problem is with him forfeiting 1.4 billion naira in earnings but that's nothing if you experience his presence in your life. Shall one live on bread alone!Dont forget that God has the key to every treasury, nations and riches on earth,at his time, all that may be added onto Nathaniel Bassey, that is if he doesn't have it already. |
Racheal45:God's voice never contradicts His Word in the Bible. Devil's voice cotradicts or twists God's Word in the Bible. The standard for determining Gods voice,is his words in the holy book. |
Who sang that song...'Dangote!Dangote still the look for money! Kudos to him. |
Racheal45:Yeah every dog has a master, every child knows his fathers voice....demons obviously speaks to demonic people while God speaks to his people Nathaniel Bassey knows his father's voice! |
Soludo this is a big let down to both your reputation and your party...who does that in a sane country. |
Anyway, whenever I hear people like these lamenting, the first thing that comes to my mind is abject poverty, rich folks still run businesses together, travel out on holidays together, marry each other and equally think together how to control the political space....but you see,all these APC online tribal media crew are nothing but useful idi*ts in the hands of the politicians. |
'He reaffirmed that, when properly applied, Shari’ah promotes justice and harmony — not violence —'. The above statement is exactly why the shariah law is totally needless,it has never and can never be properly applied,a situation were a talakawa is caught pick pocketing or stealing a goat, his arm is chopped off after due investigation and hearing by the shariah court while the Alhaji or corrupt politician who has looted the treasury dry and subject millions of people into hardship,is a Freeman and may spend time on pilgrimage in Mecca with his family and often celebrated as a good muslim, may even decide to build a mosque as a sign of religious purity. Shariah law is the cobweb that catches only the weaklings while the strong and mighty are above the it. |
Even without the coup scare,I think the changes are long overdue, the embarrassment caused Nigeria by the parade of shame going on in Zamfara and Katsina is enough for the president to change the service chiefs, how can terrorists move freely in these states with the cheap excuse of peace talk, who does that? Imagine brandishing assorted weapons and making social media video of their exploits while their admirers sing praises to them. You wouldn't know the damages this has caused Nigeria and how others now view Nigeria as a failed state. My only disagreement with the president on the changes,is that it could have been the entire security heads, including the inspector general of police, national security adviser etc |
