The turn around maintenance of the refineries were a conduit pipe for politicians to siphon funds that can never be accounted for,the inherent corruption in NNPC is heart breaking,people became over night billionaires and reason why the keep sponsoring corrupt and inept politicians to keep running they affairs of this nation,so that they can sustain the serial looting of funds meant for the refinery.
