favour32:Ha ha ha thanks, you just won an award!we move on. |
There was peace before Oct 27 2024 attack on Isreal! 'I will turn the craftiness of the wicked into foolishness'!.-bible. We must all weigh the consequences of our actions....let peace rein! |
Though this seems not to be the full story behind it,I think he was specifically given it to some rural farmers in his constituency but even at it,the rep member goofed real time,it doesn't add up. For God sake this is Anambra and not one of those APC bewitched states where 'slaves loves their chains'! |
I guess this is a joke!even with the photo editing, you can complete the sentence...the size of both the suit and the trouser looks like it was given to him by vp Shettima. But seriously,Tinubu seems to lack compassion for the people his ruling. What the heck is he doing in France when Nigeria is having serious security challenges. If Macron tries such with France,he is gone as a president but this is Nigeria, anything goes. |
'They wicked flee even when no one is pursuing them'! In the words of othman Danfodio 'conscience is an open wound, only truth can heal it'. All Nigerians are asking for is the truth!Nigerians like the rest of the developed world, wants to know the character of who is presiding over its affairs as a nation....that is not too much to ask for. |
Taxes are not usually the problem but having to tax people in a place where corruption is untamed, lack of basic public amenities to justify the need for tax and more taxes is both immoral and unjust. When tax payers money are used for frivolities and unnecessary junketing around the world,it makes no sense. At a time when subsidy has been removed in almost everything Nigerians enjoyed in the past and constant increase in every other thing in the quest to generate more fund and unabated borrowing puts the citizenry in a state of dilemma. |
Hotfreezer:So from your submission, you are now saying that the very reasons for what is happening now,is that you guys are targeting Igbo properties out of jealousy and envy....is it an acceptance that an average Yoruba man could be lazy and their life long dreams are igbo properties. Pls that shouldn't be the case!!!!!! More so the issue of Oworonshoki involves whole a lot of Yorubas and wonder why some of you never-do-well crew, always celebrate at other people's pain. Nigerians living in Oworonshoki are in great pain and sorrow, you are there thinking about tribal supremacy, where lies your conscience. |
kingthreat:Well done!You wish him arrested,you guys are impossible. |
StaffofOrayan:An average -village in igboland surpasses your average state in achievement!bro the joke is on you! |
Funny enough nairaland will never take this rebuttal with facts to the front page...we all know the game being played in the platform. |
yarimo:Are you now suggesting that being a billionaire in naira is nonsense ever since Tinubu took over.So you are insinuating that naira is worthless and being a billionaire in naira is a shameful act....well may be there is something you Tinubu supporters knows about naira that we dont know. Pls tell me,how useless or useful is naira? |
Lukuluku69:I wonder why Nigerians raise issues where there is non, every culture comes with the beauty of it's own cuisine, from North to East, from South to west, everyone is blessed with wonderful food.I remember eating special Masa(rice cake)in Bauchi and Jos Plateau state, added with unforgettable suya. |
Toruibestate:Or could it also mean that they are naturally lukewarm, neither here or there,as seen in both their political and every day life, your guess is as good as mine! |
We are all watching the national dance of shame and the question is,how did we get to this all time low?Posterity will remember present day state actors for who they are! 'Karma' is doing press up because these guys have quickly forgotten that power is transient. |
Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely...the beauty of life is that nothing is permanent, power is transient!Dont worry corper, the one who sits on the high throne and seeth over the affairs of mankind,at the appropriate time, will humble these mere mortals and their fall will be bigger. Foolish men when they are in power in their foolery often assume that they are God. |
My senator, always representing us well, that's why we keep voting him.Not to mention his unbelievable constituency projects....as we usually say in Asaba,Igbo bu Igbo! |
I was watching it on Arise television and I was so ashamed by the act of these governors,do you know that even when he had long gone into the plane, our jobless and puppet governors kept waving, more like in a bid to know who will last longer waving and to show their overlord that the are loyal to a core. This is sycophancy defined! |
..and one may begin to ask if this is not the much talked about Nigeria military that under the umbrella of ECOMOG brought peace to warring African countries where even UN forces couldn't do much. The same security forces were able to rendition Nnamdi Kanu all the way from Kenya to Nigeria,to answer to charges. So the question is,why are we now allowing these ragtag terrorists to embarrass our nation or is there something we dont know? Your guess is as good as mine! |
Lieing against Buhari and yet you want to inherit his voters in the north...is alright! |
The argument is not necessary, either way,we the people of Asaba, we are aboriginal Igbos,we,plus our brothers and all others from every parts of Delta state developed Asaba. The past and present government did well to make Asaba a priority. |
OP,I dont want to rain on your parade but may I ask you,how do you identify a dss officer misbehaving in the society when they are always on mufti. Dont also forget that the covert nature of their job almost makes it impossible to know them. Atleast I have seen some manhandling activists, protesters or picking up people whom may have been granted bail, from court yards for further interrogation. They sometimes act like Gestapo police. Though,I am not taking anything away from them, they have couple of smart lads with great work ethics in their employment, just that sometimes it may seem that they dont stand with the masses or just maybe that's what their work entails. |
jubrilELsudan:With the present condition of things in Nigeria, that's a good bargain at #10,000.I will eat it over and over again,it is a very healthy food,it is worth all the celebration. That food is not for kids, they can go for indomie or at best rice, this is for title men,it is a food for red cap men,if you know, you know. |
At the end of the day, everyone is going to die, they dead dont even know who occupies their buildings or not. Both the new occupants, everyone will pay the ultimate price. You dont need to attach much to the things of life, with or without a child.Moreso there is a time to born,a time live and a time to die.You shouldn't be bothered with what just happened to his house, life is transient, people are born to die,at the end, they will all end up as dust. That's the emptiness of life! |
What a tragedy!May his soul RIP and may the God grant her the fortitude to bear this irreparable lost Amen! |
I'm not a fan of El-rufai but to say that Ribadu is too big to respond to a former federal capital territory minister, former governor of a foremost Northern state Kaduna, then something is wrong somewhere! |
This is the best news of all times, they are constituting nuisance to Lagos,it is more of a national embarrassment seeing these miscreants litter all major streets in Lagos, with their sense of entitlement. They also pose big security threat to the society. I complained about this in an earlier thread and some unfortunate beings turned it into ethnic bashing. Until we tell ourselves the home truth, our society will remain locked in complete disorganization and we may never get it right like the rest of the developed world. |
kedeojo:ThankGod you accepted the fact that most Igbos are supporting him but I can tell you that most Yorubas are not even supporting Tinubu because of his unenviable past and even Atiku does not have the support of most Hausa's,as it stands Peter Obi remains the best option and Gods willing, will be on that seat. |
Abuja residents can still be considered decent in their actions, imagine this was in Lagos traffic,Alaye boys for surround the truck seeking for settlement for passage of way. Those guys sense of entitlement is nauseating! |
Softmirror:The worst form of deception is that of oneself. You can lie to yourself to the point that you now find it hard to even differentiate lies from truth. Can you honestly stake your life to the claim that the people of Rivers voted more for Tinubu as against Peter Obi. Well I leave you with your conscience, that's if you still have one. |
Congrats!...a man have not started living until he gets to that stage in his life when he only derives true happiness by impacting on lives of the people around him,the downtrodden, the less privilege, orphans etc Only then can you be worth celebrated. Once more, congrats to a philanthropist extraordinaire!!!! |
