Inviting the president to commission a project is a normal thing which over the years has been so.Rather the president coming around to commission project signifies that the president is impressed with the governor's performance.
Don't forget that both Obasanjo and Peter Obi have commissioned one project or the other in Abia state for gov.Otti.

It was out of mere extremism and misadventure in Zamfara,the then governor insisted that they will practice sharia law in a secular nation like Nigeria, Obasanjo did all he could to calm it down during his tenure, but guess what?it strengthened different radical groups to come up with their own version of islam.What did they North got from it?Boko Haram,terrorists herdsmen,Lukurawa,ISWAP and a host of others,with the list still counting.
