PeaceNexus: Is there such thing as people getting jobs in Australia through agents? A travel and tours company requested that my brother pay them 2m to help in get a job there. An initial deposit of 500k is to be made. The remaining balance to be paid when the Visa is out. Loosing 500k could mean a lot and I want to verify their claims before letting go of the sum. Please kindly confirm if there is any genuine thing of this nature. Did your brother later travel? Pls share the experience I’m in your shoe |

[quote author=Oyemyk post=92509778]Please provide credible and verified information for people when they ask questions. This response does not even provide an appropriate definition of a medical certificate of fitness. We should understand that people ask questions that pertain to decision making and admission/visa application. And this is very vital and crucial to them as they can't afford to entertain flaws.
To obtain a medical certificate of fitness applicants need to visit a government-owned hospital. Undergo series of tests. And the results of the test will be entered into to the certificate even if the patient is not fit (which will get the applicant an automatic visa refusal). Like @peterstown said, it has to be recent. Timelines differ based on each Embassy requirement and specifications. For Ukrainian Embassy, applicants must get it from a government hospital in Abuja and not just any hospital. And is valid for two months. Really, I will advise that your agent does this for you for several reasons.
Also, she has gotten an image already, that's why I didn't upload a sample. But if others want to see, I can upload two separate samples, upon request---1 valid, 1 invalid If Agent did a good medical result for you and it says it’s perfect , if you fly there will they re-do another test for someone? |

jukeblam: No. There are a few hospitals designated for Australian visa medicals. In Lagos, you have IOM, Ikeja and Fatayi Williams Clinic, Lagos Island; and IOM in Abuja too, I think. I will love to write you privately pls drop your email thanks I can’t send you DM here I don’t know why |

Travel › Re: Living In Australia/life As An Australian Immigrant by AustinT575: 11:45am On Jul 31, 2020 |
Skyrocket1: If you are coming on a PR visa, you would do the following test;
Medical Examination (501) which includes Urine test, eye check test, general body check, high blood pressure check, and heart rate check
Chest X-Ray (502)
HIV Blood Test (707)
But if you are just coming on a temporal Visa, you will not be required to do an HIV Blood test unless you are going to study a medical related course.
And yes the outcome of your result can affect your visa outcome if you fail the test, most especially the HIV blood test. No Hepatitis test? |
