I think we should not be celebrating the fact that Fuel importation by Nnpc has reduced when domestic refining capacity has not increased.

What is the current status of the 3state owned refineries? How much of local fuel consumption is supplied locally? How many modular refineries have come up and are now fully operational within the last two years?

These are the questions we should be asking and seeking answers to not getting embroiled in the normal pdp APC brouhaha
