EmeriitusMbaM:Oh I am very proud kid! Unlike you that registered today 02.06.2017, this account has been here since 2011. My other account 'austinvsb' has been on since 2010. A quick look into the post histories (i can imagine its an henious task for your brain) should show you a bit of consistency! Unlike you foools, not every nigerian is a tribal bigot! And in your warped mind, Austin is an exclusive igbo name. Ode oshi! I stand by what i said about the bill. How you lots totally turned the bill into a yoruba vs igbo thing despite the article insinuating that the northerners were the NAY screamers is mind boggling and tells me something.... . You and your other parody accounts are online agents of the northern oligarchy tasked with always creating enmity between the 2 southern tribes whose unity is capable of destabilizing the power grip in the north! Worry not, your divide and conquer is coming to an end SOON! |
Oya kanu baddest! Eyan jesu kristi ![]() I really didnt think hynosis and nlp worked on nigerians until this guy came around. Sharp guy |

SuperS1Panther:I was unapologetically for the lagos bill and was dissapointed no less when it was thrown out due to petty politics. Anthony village, kosofe is forever gonn be a place i call home. That being said, several people from different parts of the country could come up with arguments against the 'special status' bill. One of them being, lagos is already strategically advantaged as a result of its location, infrastructures which alongside good governance has translated into income generation that other states can only dream of. This bill on the other hand, besides the 'an eye for an eye' politics, has almost no arguments against it. Everyone is very much aware of how infrastructurally disadvantaged the south east is. Except we are just being petty, the region really does require urgent federal attention which in the long run is a good thing for the country as a whole. A development commision is something any region of the country in need of urgent intervention could decide to come up with in the future. This 'nay' sets a precedent |
SuperS1Panther:Bleep that!! Special status or not, lagos' development is unhindered! To think that you'd use that as an excuse to oppose this bill is shallow at best! |
Ballmer:This is a pathetically weak excuse! Even without the special status, lagos as we all know is doing just fine! I'v never been to the SE, but pictures on the internet shows a region that needs urgent and immediate federal intervention. |
SuperS1Panther:Thats just absolutely selfish coming from you! A comparison to the special status bill is absolutely unwarranted and needless considering the fact that the SE's marginalization! I really doubt you are yoruba and even if you are, you are probably one of those agents that's been recruited to cause constant online tensions between yorubas and Igbos. A group of northerners came around and screamed nay to a bill that'd have absolutely no effect to them and you come online to defend that decision with this petty excuse? Thats just low! And I am yoruba |
youalreadyknow:If you had any sense in your head, you'd see where i clearly stated 'average nigerian'. Wait a minute, You probably saw that! But like the lying, dishonest crook that you are, you ignored it. You can quote me all day, i'm gonn reply endlessly and call you the FRAUDSTER that you most seemingly are! Nigerians are good and honest people! |
youalreadyknow:Check this one well. He probably is a fraudster or drug peddler! I very much stand by my words. Nigerians are some of the best set of people on earth! |
Aystarz:You meant to say he doesnt know you, your friends, family and close relatives wella! The average nigerians around me are honest, sincere, straightforward, hardworking and most importantly some of the happiest people on earth! Olodo ![]() |
CROWNWEALTH019:Your likes is why seun must now use facebook authentication for this website. I for one would absolutely love to know if you are nigerian, not a bot, not underage and most importantly put a face, name and profile to you and people like you. Its high time everyone bore real life consequences (good or bad) of their internet opinions This has to be done and done very quickly! If not, someone else take up this idea and PM me about contribution towards promoting such a forum. |
3 hearings and Over one year later! You wann know nigeria's number one problem? Look no further than this set of legistative crooks and shameless thieves! A bill that would help in fighting corruption that definitely should have recieved immediate support & attention from sane minds was introduced in feb. 2016 and took more than a year and 3 hearings to pass. Absolutely pathetic that the likes of Dino, Saraki et al are the ones elected to represent nigerians. |
chinoxstock:Completely ignoring the topic and pivoting to an absolute foolishness of a discourse! Dumb kids everywhere! I really hope you are not one of those clamouring for secession because any country that minds like yours help form is on high speed to DOOM. Complete irreparable DOOM |

Esseite:The most disappointing thing about your comment is the fact that from your profile picture, you actually do look like a reasonable person! Did you even read the article at all?? Looks like pictures do lie afterall ![]() |
woodcook:I absolutely agree with your point. No one, anywhere at anytime should believe they can murder others without dire repercussions. The idea alone is absolutely sickening! I'll just like to chip in that humans in general have proven over and over again to lose rational in the face of provocation. Even countries that live and breathe 'rule of law' record cases of lawless actions every now and then, the recent example being England. And remember we are discussing nigeria here, a country (which I love unconditionally btw) where jungle justice is somewhat percieved as normal. I think its just safe to encourage everyone to live and let live. Dont go around taunting people. (it doesnt mean you shouldnt be prepared to defend yourself when attacked). |
woodcook:I totally am the biggest fan of freedom of speech enjoyed in democracies all over the world. BUT you have to realise that 'speeches' have consequences. In Germany for example (a very free and democratic country you will agree), you get jailed for up to 5 years alongside worse consequences for a crime called Volksverhetzung which if translated means "incitement of the masses", "instigation of the people" or more literally "incitement to hatred" You go to the US and refer to a jew as Kike (because - free speech) and await the best time of your life In same america, donald trump's travel ban was reversed by the courts based on a tweet and few things he said on the campaign trail that insinuated that he hated muslims. Your speeches, though free, can have have dire consequences and repercussions. Democrazy doesnt mean stupidity! |
woodcook:The fanatical nature of the north is ridiculously gullible to say the least and I have very little respect for any people that follow fellow humans so inflexibly. What I do watch out for, like the OP, is the ability of persons with a bit of influence, eloquence and intelligence to explore such gullibilty to wreck havoc on a largely defenseless populace. Much like the US and its allies ( & I am NOT a fan of most of america's foreign policy) are treating a rabid north korea because of her ability to wreck untold havoc to seoul and japan at least, I'd employ the larger south to continue to push aggresively albeit tactically against the north's seemingly military hegenomy. Taunting with symbolic actions that could be percieved by the fanatics up north as a religious provocation which could eventually escalate to untold damages to everyone involved is something i therefore would discourage in clear terms. |
Brugge:This like you described is the normal and constitutionally accepted view and behaviour. The more important question you should ask is, IS THIS THE REALITY? As far as most are aware, buhari's popularity in the north is fanatical, some would even say godlike. |
BRIGHTRIVERS:Story for tolotolo! My common handbag with less than €450 worth of valuables was forgotten in a called-in taxi in a country with the biggest european economy . 3 weeks later and Shishi dem never find! But your extremely battered self worth thinks only nigerians are dishonest. Inferior minds |
Whats with the hate of this song by the commenters above? Tell me why drake's one dance is any meaningful or better than this??!! This is a fucking club song not indie or alternative rock. Nigerians and Not appreciating their own! I actually have played about 6 times on youtube and i dont have any special bias for kiss daniel! I fucking like the beat, tune arrangement and the delivery. 9/10 (for its genre)! |
Mophasa:When you see comments from poor SS1 students (You know the kind that miss 60% of their classes and walk around the school with sagged trousers forming black axxe boy) you definitely know. SMH |
Blue3k:Are you kidding me? How about the simplest policy yet. Stop looting and start spending genuinely on infrastructure and all round development of state residents! |
You know jamb is over when you start seeing comments as crappy as the ones above on NL again. Nothing to contribute but a bunchload of cry babies' deflection and whataboutism. How is the admonition by the acting president bad? You can interprete his message in several ways: Stand by the truth, stand by your ideas, be firm in your convictions of the truth, pursue your dreams and goals without fear of failure....etc Nairaland was a bit sane a couple of days ago during jamb ![]() |
crestedaguiyi:I knew it was a mistake trying to make a rational conversation with a dimwit. Enjoy your afternoon and say hi to your grandma in the process. Its perfectly legal! |
crestedaguiyi:There is such thing as a threshold of morality which i wouldnt expect dim persons to understand. Having consensual sex with your grandma maybe legal but its definitely immoral aff. Trump has consistently crossed the moral threshold acceptable for even 2nd world country leaders needless say america. There is a reason every single president since nixon released their tax returns publicly as well as put their businesses in a blind trust before assuming the presidency without legal obligations to do any of that. If you support trump's acts and turn around to condemn corrupt nigerian politicians, then you are retardedd afff |
crestedaguiyi:You are talking out of your ass if you think trump's 'spoilt-kid' acts deserve any sense of support or reasoning with. Sacking the FBI director while he was being investigated by same. Jonathan tried removing jega before 2015 election and hell was let loose in nigeria and that is a complete joke compared to trump's sack of james comey. He then threatens him! If you know nothing about a topic, dont comment |
More like, how a group of same controlling elites outsmarted another group in an election year ![]() I only pity the average citizens that fight themselves over this thieves and looters. Take your country back NIGERIANS! |
tonytony208:Mr Man! An accumulation of single votes makes winners or losers. His singular vote means everything! |
signz:I just had to follow you! Got Instagram or twitter? |
MXrep:Huhh? Is that a personal opinion or a generalisation pulled out of your arse? |
honest people
