If you observed that during the period of APC primaries, some posts made by APC dedicated supporters on Nairaland began to garner more likes and shares, but that's not even a problem.

These likes and shares were usually very identical. You could see then something as 135 likes and 14 shares, and below another account would have the exact number of likes and shares until the fourth or fifth post.

Exact amount. And the monikers were usually very funny and meaningless. Take for instance Wwwihy, Husksm, onloskak, etc.

If you're having a hard time guessing, those were/are multiple accounts created for the purpose of manipulating the thoughts of people.

They know exactly how far likes and shares can go in prevailing on people's psyche.

Before now, anti-Obi posts usually did not get much likes, but what's happening at this moment is the return of the bot accounts created to twist narratives by registering high amount of reactions on some pro-Slave/Tinubu posts and anti-Obi posts.

(I know exactly how it is possible to register up to 600-1000 bot accounts in one day. You can ask me if you wish to know)


The truth is those likes and shares matter to them. I spend some time on some APC WhatsApp groups and these urchins you drag around are hustlers. They don't even give a damn about Tinubu; except for his readiness to dole out cash.

They submit screenshot of their daily activities to the management of those groups so they can get incentives. One person boasted of causing a stir on Twitter and got #6500 for it after showing screenshots.

People detest Tinubu in real life, even Yorubas.

In what many consider a ridiculous but serious turn of event, some Nigerians, especially the internet users among them had attempted to prove that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate running under Labour Party, has no valid university certificate.

We have culled some prominent comments made on major social media platforms Facebook and Twitter where most active political discussions are held.

A Facebook user, Wale Akanbi had posed a questions when a post about Obi's inability to present a university certificate was made:

"I thought Obi even had a degree sef. What would Nigeria do with another Buharin(sic)?"

Another person, a Twitter user under the username @Shiningolufemi223 said;

"When we told them that Peter Obi his(sic) a fraud and a useless man, they started to fight us"

Asking whether people did not see the word 'degree' among Peter Obi's academic qualifications, a Twitter user @Nonsotheking commented on a post made by a handle @Funmigloballady147

"What does degree mean to you guy? Is GCE degree?"

Note that Peter Obi's camp later on released pictures of a university certificate from UNN which showed that the aspirant graduated with 2:2, a grading that instantly debunked reports that he graduated with a pass. Alongside, an NYSC certificate was released.

This has caused more reactions as the question of whether or not they are fake are being thrown out:

This comment generated a lot of replies with one user asking:

1. Why did ANSU go on strike under Peter Obi?:
ANSU Staff demanded salary parity with federal government universities' staff. How is it workable for state university staff to be receiving the same salary as Fed-Uni staff when you cannot compare Anambra's financial capacity to that of FG?

Why did ASUU go on strike under Buhari?
The payment system brutally eats into their money and they need a more transparent payment method. Simple. What more than to review the payment method should Buhari have done?

1. It has been debunked that he increased the school fees of ANSU. But even if it were true, would you rather he maintained same school fees even after severe economic changes if he sought to prioritize quality over mediocrity?

He was only trying to meet halfway with the students. Which government has ever paid 100% of their students school fees? Tinubu's?

2. His investment in Health had/has a target of which it met and is meeting. The politically motivated strike actions wouldn't change that, would it? What matters are his actions, not the reaction of some union that are tools in the hands of opponents to turn the heart of the people against Obi during his tenure. 3. You are supposed to be better than this now. There is always a backlog of debts as long a state with functioning economy is concerned.

He couldn't have just woken up and cleared the arrears of his predecessor who had somehow borrowed and borrowed without any thing to show for it.
