unknownsolja: 4. Saudi Arabia: Beheading within days
The punishment for rape in Saudi Arabia is a public beheading after administering the rapist with a sedative. The fact that they hand down the same punishment for drug trafficking as well proves that something very wrong is ingrained in their system. Who is being judgemental here, you or there is original writer of this? Their system works for them, can you say the same thing about your country? |

gare: SO THEY WANT THE UK GOVT TO ASSIST NIGERIA IN BEGGING THE UAE GOVT? It could be that, it might not be that. I showed you a quote saying that they are talking to the UAE authority because you might have overlooked that part. From that news, it clearly showed that they are talking to both authorities while the headline might have suggested otherwise. So, your question wasn't necessary since I've showed you that quote. |

pawpzman: you are very reasonable, this is to show you that Nigeria is still under neo colonialism in the hands of the British government. gare: WHY WRITE TO UK FOR ASSETS IN DUBAI, WHY NOT WRITE TO UAE GOVT. gare: IT GOES TO SHOW THAT WE ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT FIGHTING CORRUPTION, WAS EXPECTING THEM TO WRITE TO THE UAE GOVERNMENT AND SEE HOW THOSE ASSETS THAT WAS ACQUIRED THROUGH STOLEN MONEY FORFEITED, INSTEAD THEY WRITE TO UK GOVERNMENT TO INTERCEDE FOR US OR WHAT ? "The assets were developed by a company called DAMAC in Dubai. “We are seeking the assistance of the UAE Government to retrieve them back. The company is claiming that it can only release the assets if Mrs. Ibru and other owners can sign the power of attorney to release them to the Federal Government,” the source added. " It is not easy to get stolen money or assets back from Dubai because of their stringent law. |

ALL PROGRESSIVE CRIMINALS (APC) Shame on you! All these people, going by your belief, stole when your darling party PDP was in power but you are not happy that APC government is not prosecuting them based on the petition you sent to the EFCC, right? Let me ask you: why didn't your party prosecute them when you were in power? I thought your party prosecuted Tinubu and found him not guilty and freed him. Has he allegedly stolen something again? If your party is back in power again tomorrow, don't you think that the little progress we're making in corruption war will take the backseat? |

trustyshoess: Any so called professional who packs up and moves to any foreign country in search of a job is not smart at all. If you already have a job here, the best option is to apply for a job abroad while you're still in the country and if you're lucky enough to get one, then you use your offer of employment to apply for a working visa which in such a case is almost 100% assured as having a job shows that you won't become a liability to the welfare state. This way, you know what you're doing before leaving the country. You can't just quit your job, travel to a foreign land and expect to pick jobs off the floor. That's the height of delusion. There are born and bred Canadian citizens also in need of jobs so how you expect to get there and bag a good one makes no sense Thank you, you read and understood the woman's message. My friend did just that but not Canada. He secured the job first, he then used that to process his visa. Then, I read about different professionals including a professor from different countries who applied under Canadian skilled labour immigration scheme or whatever they called it, who upon arriving in Canada, couldn't get job in their field only for them to become an unskilled labour! The professor quit a lecturing job at the University in his country, moved to Canada with his family legally only for him to be told that he couldn't teach or lecture in their schools because he didn't have their educational certificates! They granted him visa based on his skilled, the man ended up regretting his actions because he didn't expect what he met on ground. If he had seen this kind of message before, he would have done a little research before leaving and not being carried away by the visa. He became a cab driver to survive and support his family. Many similar stories were shared by other professionals in different fields as well. I hope to get the link to that story. The woman wasn't addressing people who are ready to take any job and many jobs as unskilled Labour. She was addressing professionals who will be rendered useless upon reaching the Canada in their respective careers. She was talking to people who already had a career and life. |

The boy died as a result of torture and their usual way of abandoning a dying suspect in their cell until such victims gave up the ghosts. INDUSTRIALFAN: which makes me wonder why the still needed to dissect the corpse to Know if he was killed or not. Didn't the see the road on his neck? They saw it. Family didn't agree with the rope and suicide thing, they believed that it was police afterthought. The coronary was looking for something else besides the make-believe self hanging. Something to prove that the boy was already dead before rope was put around his neck. I'm sure that traces of enough oxygen in his lungs and brain will reveal that he wasn't suffocated. |
