At the age 24 I can't boast of having a paltry 200k in my account while the dream was to attain a millionaire status before this age. I can't even boast of having properties worth up to 50k. Still living with my parents and doing all sort of unproductive hardwork.

Instead of using your school fee for business why not test the waters.
Look for someone around you that sells something, maybe clothes,shoes, jewellery, wristwatch or anything, and advertise on your social media space.
If anyone is interested, all you need do is add your own money to the initial price and sell it.
Try to negotiate with the person that you are actually reselling so he wouldn't charge that much.

I am an undergraduate that have been home since march, our break went from ASUU strike to covid-19 lockdown and counting. Due to my quest to raise my tuition fee for this year given I have been home for long I decided doing (labour works) and gracefully just yesterday I completed the 40k for my tuition but due to the strike seem is going to linger even for more weeks I am thinking of a business to start with this 40k that would not seize the money for weeks in case the strike gets called off while doing the business. Please advice me on a lucrative venture I'd start with this 40k that won't seize the money in case of resumption.

As a male as you advance in age and become more knowledgeable you'd start understanding that sometimes is not about who we love but who loves us. These days seeing a girl visibly in love with you is worth more than getting one to learn to love you. For the sanity of your mind, relationship, marriage, home and everything get married to a girl you have seen sincerely in love with you, if you don't love her as much initially you learn to with time.
