Through out the encounter, which happened in public, the actor was sitted with his wife and the wife sat between the accuser and her husband. He did not physically assault her, he did not grope her breast. The article which you are listing as evidence is only reporting the accusation and it doesn't even say that the actor turned himself in. The article is also tilted towards the accuser's favour.
