Coutinho has been the shadow of himself ever since he came to Barce, one would argue that he scores, but his overall game play is nothing to write home about. I don't see any reason he should start ahead of Dembele

I think the problem is not with the player but the team's philosophy and game. The same problem caused Dembele's inconsistency, Paco's and Suarez's lack of goals. And the problem is tight spaces. Most of these guys comes from teams playing man to man, spaced-out oppositions but in Barca they are faced most times with bus-parking opponents with limited spaces to dribble or turn in their wall.

This is why we most times think a player is not living up to his mettle compared to his former or future club, Munir is another example.

Pique ke? His commedy of errors earlier in the season should rule him out. In like 3 consecutive matches, Pique made errors that led to goals.

I haven't really seen Oriol play, but if busquet believe they have the same capabilities and style of play, the coach needs to help the youngster to develop into busi's shoes. But in the meantime, I'm still rooting for Rodri of Atletico.

the problem is if Athletico will sell the guy. Otherwise we can go for that fellow at Lyon that starred when they beat Man city in Champions league.

I think Rodri fits the job well if we are looking for a younger version of busi. And Atletico could sell for the right price.

Like I said sometime before, I believe Busquet is getting slower and worn out with age. He plays almost every game.

. A suitable younger version of DM should be brought in to take the load off him.
