To me its like the clock it goes round and comes back again, and as such it is stale and boring to be having the same arguments over and over for over 4 years.

Go back 3,4,5 pages and see how constructive & informative you guys inputs and criticism have been concerning the coach, the team, the players and injuries. Immediately, Netflix entered with the cheese trap, most if you ran like mice after it. It wouldn't have cost anything if you guys ignore him.

The problem, according to the Football Leaks report, is that another problem had already happened in February 2017.

A surprise doping test at the Real Madrid training ground sparked tension among the squad and eventually the players only went ahead with the tests when performed by the club medical staff.

This is against the rules, yet UEFA accepted the results, as Real insisted the anti-doping staff sent were not ‘professional’ enough.

Guy, that one na past tense, there is nothing to gain in this doping stuff. its gone. its not as if the CL won can be removed from them as a consequence.

I think Rodri fits the job well if we are looking for a younger version of busi. And Atletico could sell for the right price.

Like I said sometime before, I believe Busquet is getting slower and worn out with age. He plays almost every game.

. A suitable younger version of DM should be brought in to take the load off him.

Roberto was awful yesterday. All the goals and most threat came right under his nose and he did very little to stop it. I was thinking our coach will remove the ineffective Malcom and push him forward and then bring in a proper defender in Semedo to man that area. But he brought on Munir. SMH

That was some of the criticism we threw up early in the season when some cules wanted our head. A coach should be able to read a game, see weaknesses and opportunities in his team and make his substitution to benefit.

EV is a good coach in his own right, but his ability to make changes of tactics, formation and players sometimes call for concern. Anyways, he knows best sha.

Our next league game against Atletico is a must win. We are topping the table with just a point.

This season is actually very interesting in LA liga, the small teams have beefed up their squads with quality signings and are not afraid to take the fight to anybody. The respect and awe for big teams is gone.

Every LA liga team must be wary of Girona, Levante, Real betis, Alaves and Enspayol this season, they are minnows no more.

The 1st 2 goals were due to poor midfield coordination, then poor defense. The 1st goal in particular was a one on one situation with Roberto. The winger just hit the shot and that was it. Suarez had exactly similar situation with a defender to beat, and what did he do? He passed to Messi that had 2 defenders on him already instead of taking on the single defender he had.

What are you saying. Abeg, no talk about Suarez o, he's a senior player that yells at junior players when they loose ball. He is untouchable and must not be corrected o.

well the important is for Dembele to improve. Sometimes I understand why EV prefers Rafinha to either Dembele or Malcolm, he plays easy ball, like Arthur or Jorginho. Dembele and Malcolm want to dribble or such. So I prefer Rafinha starting and either Dembele or Malcolm coming on.

Any which way, I don't care. I just need the 3 points and extension to the lead.

You should worry about the coach and players if we have a consecutive run of disappointing results. Moreso, it should be understood that having a pool of quality players at your disposal gives lots of headache for coaches when it comes to squad selection.

If you play FM, you would understand it.

Valverde won 3 fvcking matches this week, against very competitive teams... Using largely the same line up.... The man knows what exactly he is doing. When it is time to rotate, I believe he will rotate.

All we want from EV is fair rotation policy, I will agree with him sitting players who are not good enough on bench.

But he shouldn't have any excuse to shut out recently bought players who we spent huge money to buy. I will expect the coach to have requested for specific players before the club buys them.

These criticism of EV 's rotation style is not about comparism or replacement. It is about "team" rotation. Every member of a team has what they bring to the team. Why spend money to have over 18 professional players, while you stick with your favourite 11 in every game, giving 5 - 15mins cameo appearance to the rest, how will you keep players happy that way.

Note that these criticisms started early last season, up till the Roma game, when fatigue made us give up a 4 goals lead. And we are at it again.

I expect that in home games against clubs of lesser threats like Levante, Real betis, Huesca and the likes; 2 or 3 of these neglected and unhappy players should start and can be subbed off if need be.

I'm relieved today. Good game. To think we won without almighty Messi is soothing.

Jordi Alba and Sergei Roberto... Alba pushes up and supports and he doesn't even cross all those far reaching crosses, more of lay offs or passes for either Messi or Suarez or any one around. Since EV, Roberto has stepped up, I like him just sad that Spain keep overlooking him. And then there's Rakitic, that guy looks like a completely different player from Luis, he's tackling, late runs to volley in some dope goals, how he supports Busquests... EV dey try, we can't get everything but he's doing well. My problem is the over reliance on Messi, and I hope with this injury people like Suarez and Coutinho step up

Bros, Jordi Alba has been doing all aforementioned perfectly before EV came, Sergi Roberto is neither here nor there, but on Rakitic, yeah, I quite agree with you. One could see his improvement in solidity in midfield, his backtracking to help the defense, his eagerness to throw himself into tackles and doing the dirty jobs, yeah he improved from Enrique's version.

But like you said, we can't get everything.

Why do you think Messi needs a coach? Not minding how good he is, he still need those subtle assistance from the coach. Dembele is still 21. He needs all the help he can get. If you see his touches on the ball, then you know there is something in him that encouraged Barca to break the bank to get him.

Oh I agree with you 90%. but what have you seen in the playing styles of our players (improvement), that shows that the current coach is adding anything to them.

Tell me 2 - 3 players that has improved his style since EV took over from Enrique. If you prove that my support will be 100%.

People should stop bad-mouthing Dembele. Dude is trying his best to be unpredictable. It is normal to lose the ball if you try to dribble. Coach should just try to teach him how to get the best of his abilities. The guy will come good in no time. I know this

What pains me about his situation is the fact that he was a starter in his former club, and could have been a star performer for Roma. We highjacked him, and threw him in the dustbin. And will only put him hastily in matches to do wonders in match-rusty condition
