However, before you start

1. Libya produces about 5m barrels of crude a day .(Nigeria...1.8 m bpd)

2.Libya's population is not up to 10 million people.(Nigeria, 220 million people).

Assuming oil price is 80 dollars a barrel, Libya would be earning about 400m dollars a day. Divide it by 5million...and each libyan gets 80 dollars.

Nigeria? ..we earn 144million dollara a day, divide it by 220 million and each Nigerian gets 0.65 dollars.

This message too long. Everybody should read section 17 of the Nigerian constitution. Saying u must get 25% in FCT disobeys this constitution which of course says Nigeria is founded on a principal of equality. No citizen is above d other in any form whatsoever. The only interpretation the court would use to judge is to say FCT is 37th state

No citizens living in Abuja are bigger and more important than citizens living anywhere else in Nigeria.
