This is a PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS LETTER stating that the bank statement you used is fraudulent so you need to respond/ defend it by replying with enough evidences that it's not fraudulent within the stipulated time frame given of 15days if you don't respond within that timeframe they might go ahead with a refusal or a ban for 5years
Mostly it's advised to engage the services of an immigration lawyer to respond to it if you can afford their services

I personally know someone who booked one way ideally one way ticket is recommended unless you have plans of coming back for holidays in December then yiu can book return but one way is allowed for studying if it's visiting visa it's another case entirely please book your one way to avoid extra money for return except if you planning on coming back for holidays

You would have to go through the CIC website sthere are list of hotels for each POE for international airports,Alberta, Vancouver and Montreal and Ontario depending on where you will be entering from most hotels have online booking click on each hotels and input the dates for the 3nights to get the rates+taxes for each hotels that's the only way you can know the cheapest for the hotels for your POE.
You can only book it 48hours before your departure date

If it's Study permit you want to use it for you don't need it @Frankrobbn1 said it's not a mandatory document so don't bother yourself getting it for your study permit application.

Get an invoice on the Flywire then take it to the bank to use Form A you can send me a mail to tell you how to go about it .That rate on Flywire is outregeously high I wonder where they get their rate from it's cheaper using a form A you will save more using Form A.

You would have to get a dollar card as it's only credit card that's acceptable our naira debit card would not work and it's not acceptable as the payment is Prepaid which you will have to pay immediately you book with your card details so get a dollar card and fund your Dormicilliary account for it

Coop is like an internship placement where you get to do your internship with a company in lieu of a project at the end of your Studies and it varies and depends on the school and organization ranging from 1month -...... So the school will write the info of the Coop on your admission letter so while you are submitting your visa application in the field where they ask if work will be part of your Studies you will click YES and upload the the letter of acceptance there where the Coop information is you need to do this so the VO'S will know cuz a work permit will issued to that effect at the POE.

Access bank gives the MBS I sent mine in my application when they requested for it I used the branch at Diya Gbagada so they do

Yes you can use your dad which is better of and also prove a strong conviction then also work seriously on your SOP especially the study plan and also the source of funding
Also avoid unexplained LUMP SUM in the statement of account you will be submitting.That was where the statement multi million in recent months emanated from which the VO believes is suspicious!!!

You can use a sponsor maybe a parent, uncles, aunt's but the two aforementioned have a strong supporting documents to convince the VO or make him or her pay for your tuition fees at least as they are third parties but please in as much as this process is really capital intensive don't let anyone promise you or tell you they will arrange bank statement or do POF it's a big lie and it's implicating please find a sponsor to sponsor you Please!!!

Hey guys, I have some questions about submitting the passport. In the letter it was stated that they can't give out a visa beyond the expiration date on your passport. My passport expires in August this year, so I had to get a new one. My questions are; Do I submit them(the old and the new) together? And which photocopy should I include (the old one, the new one or both)?

Please submit the new one only for stamping and also send the data Page to Nairobi-Kenya informing them of the renewal through mails and webforms
Since it's expiring August you can renew it as it's 6months to expiry so it's allowed please renew it then submit the new one only for stamping so if you have a connect in immigration office let them do it fast as you have 30days to submit your passport for stamping. Then include the photocopy of the new one only

My study permit application would be 1 year by march 20.
I did not submit my passport together with the application. Vfs didnt collect it.

Paper application Timeline:
- Applied: 20th March 2020.
- Biometrics done 20th March
- Got AIP (Approval-in-principle) : 25th September 2020
- Medical Request: 1st October 2020
- Document Request (New LOA):- 5th October
- Medical Updated to Passed: 14th October 2020.
- Biometric Validity Letter (BVL) :- February 26th,2021.

Been 14days (2 weeks) since i got correspondence letter (BVL) and since then nothing oo!!
Is there anyone with similar time line?

And i have sent mail and webforms taya!�

You won't get Passport Request cuz it's paper application if your passport was submitted with your Application it will be stamped and returned since it wasn't send mails to Lagos and Abuja specifically they will tell you what to do!!!

You never know how much strength people draw from that your timeline and testimony. It's ok to take your time before sharing your goodnews, but it's not so good to just type PPR and enquire on how to submit your Passport and then disappear.

There is nothing like student visiting letter is either you are applying for Visiting visa or study permit since your agreement with the agent is study permit your application number should start with S and not V so if it's starting with V obviously the agent is processing a Visiting visa for him please go and check with and insist that there is nothing like Student visiting letter insist on your log in details to know and follow up with what is happening with your Application some agents are so naive we know better than most of them so avoid them at all cost if you can please!!!.

Send mails to Lagos and Abuja Visa offices since yours is paper application you won't get Passport Request if you submitted your passport with your Application it will be returned to you stamped but if did not submit it then send mails to Lagos and Abuja Visa Offices they will reply you on the next steps. lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca,lagos@international.gc.ca, abuja@international.gc.ca

Hi guys I need your honest opinion on this, like put yourself in my shoes and tell me what you would do. ok so I started this studying abroad journey back in 2019 I was fresh out of high school and didn't plan on schooling in Nigeria, Canada has always been the only country on my mind. So I apply to one school in Canada, university of Manitoba, Winnipeg I was granted admission in November 2019 and applied for visa December of that same year, my decision envelope came and I was denied because of insufficient fund not because I didn't have the money the account wasn't funded so we funded the account and applied again and I forgot to add am not the only one going it's me and my junior sister and when I mean wasn't funded the money there wasn't enough for two people. So we funded the account and applied again in February 2020 and yes we we're using an agent so I didn't get any response from the embassy till October when only passport was returned without it being stamped and a little note which says Decision making is still in progress, final decision not taken I found that weird but since they gave a reasons I kept on waiting sending emails and webforms till February when I reached out to my agent and he said he got a mail from IRCC and he needed to see us privately and I was like wondering what went wrong so we met up with him only to tell me I've been banned from Canada for 5years for misrepresentation. Turns out IRCC already sent him an email since October to respond to clear their suspicion about misrepresentation and my agent didn't respond to them neither did he let us know about it until he was arrested, This was the same for my sister. I posted that on nairaland asking for you guys help and so on, i was told to avoid these countries:US UK Australia and New Zealand because they share the same database with Canada. Now I've searched for countries and I've come to the decision that Germany was ok for both me and my sister I've even picked two schools already and yes I'm going for a Bachelors degree and I plan to study anything relating to business, it could be marketing, business admin.,management e.t.c. ok so now I've spent 2yrs at home already and all my classmate are in school and I don't want to waste this year again on a country that would waste my time and money then not grant me visa and with what am seeing they said booking Appointment date with Germany is like asking the Nigerian government to pass a death sentence bill for (financial) corruption which is a first red flag for me like I don't have have another year to waste I want my application to move smoothly. my question is do you have any know European country that I could try I mean put yourself in my shoes and tell Me what you would do? At this point I'm confused and No schooling in Nigeria is not an option neither is schooling in Ukraine Cyprus or turkey so pls I need as much opinions as I can get

Wow some agents are dare devil's though if he had responded to the PFL it wouldn't have resulted to this that's why following up is key when using an agent.IRELAND is another best option but you said the cost is high for you even UK too would be high too cuz pounds is high too so try and search IRELAND there could be schools that are affordable and it's EURO'S so weigh the options check schools in IRELAND.Then UK would require you to pay at least 40-60 percent of the fees before giving you CAS letter to apply for visa then why not you process yours first then your Sister's later except if you both are out of high school the expenses for you both will be capital intensive so if you are okay with the cost check Ireland and UK then also check schools in Scotland they are kinda okay too. Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands all these are European countries which still uses Euros but I don't know how the processing is done

Will not go through base on the restriction placed on naira card which is obviously a debit card
