Few weeks ago, I read an article on the decision the Supreme court gave on the note of women inheriting properties in Igbo land and I was just laughing because I know it'll never work.

Many women were forming women right activists, celebrating joyfully over the news on social media with non-Igbos and non-traditional Igbos.

Bruv, there are traditional doings that can't be stopped by social media arguement and ranting.

Not even the Federal government can give women access to their father's properties when there are men in the family. In the settings of inheritance in Igbo land, a woman has no say. The earlier y'all accept this the better.

Most of the things women advocate on social media are things that will lead them to frustration or to their early grave when practiced in reality. Let social media ideas end on social media if you want to live long in this county.

All this things you said are just BS.

So, what of all those traditions that have been abolished in the past or abandoned completely?

Or is it because this has to do with women and property that it has to be different?

Everywhere in the world, traditions are being modified or upgraded to suit modern standards.

The fact that it's done that way in the past does not mean it's right.

Lol. Some of the projects up there are true, some are projects done by previous administration, some are completely false and some are actually reapeted to make the list long.

Some other reasons why we reject him are as follows:


1. Mother and child hospital which was built by Mimiko was 100% free before, now they pay heavily. Not even cheap.

2. The state specialist hospital in Akure have been converted to an extension of the university of medicine in Ondo. The problem here is that the staff working there before have been driven to other places and everything is now expensive. You now spend between 1000 - 3000 naira for consultation instead of the 300 Naira paid before

All tests performed in the hospital are now expensive.

3. Increment in school fees. During the protest, there was this claim that he said the previous school fees paid by students in the state schools can't buy a good shoe.

4. He is running a Father, Mother,and Children government. His wife and children are all handling different government positions. One of his son is currently appointed into the state's Inland revenue service.

5. All contracts giving out in the state's are not beneficial to indigenes. From the complaints I have heard from several sources, all the contracts are going to Igbo people through his wife.

6. There are also several new tax, which is probably responsible for the increase in IGR.

7. Unlike what is claimed up there, I personally don't know of any employment and soft loan opportunity that have been done before. This were started just few weeks or months ago, and I'm quite sure it's because of election. I personally don't think anyone have benefited from the programmes as claimed.

8. He is owning lots of salaries and pensions. I heard he hasn't paid workers in the University of Medicine for some months. They went on strike and were given queries instead of receiving their payments (My sister who is a nurse have some friends working there, who told her this). Lecturers in the other government schools are also owned many months salaries.

Other state workers are also owned salaries and pensions, but unlike the people up there, it's just a few months (like 1 - 3 months).

Some people on the other hand (like local government worker) are only getting some percentage of their salaries. There was a time during this pandemic that there were getting paid just 25% of their salaries.



I will stop here for today, but what I know is if the election is free and fair, he's most likely losing. So far, all the people I have spoken to are voting against him.

Not minding what anyone tell you, the feauture to "pay in all currencies" is impossible. You will need to select a few you accept, and it will be the business of the Payment processors to accept all other currency and do the necessary conversion to the one you accept.

Point 1 happens mostly when people DM for price and not otherwise like you're trying to claim. There are times I contact people for the details of a product, only to back off when they Mentioned the price. If they had mentioned the price all along, I wouldn't have sent them any DM in the first place. So, on this note your point one is completely off point.

4. Not putting prices won't prevent people from copying your advert or write up. I have witnessed this several times where the only thing different between 2 or more sales website or advert is just the price.

In fact, people can DM you for price, and still go ahead to copy your advert and disappear.

So, saying asking people to DM will prevent impersonation is actually off point as well.

Also, your point 2 can be argued as it goes the other way as well. There are times I have interest in purchasing a product but won't DM the buyer to ask for price. Instead, I will simply go on Jumia and checkout their prices.

The receipt generated by the school portal on my end is a 2000 Naira receipt while 2,775.22 Naira was paid.


Ordinarily, the school website was supposed to redirect to Remitta without first stopping in a 3 Rd party website. That's why I brought this here, because it looks somehow.

So, I visited the university's portal to apply for post UTME screening for my sister, and I noticed the following:

1. When you want to make payment, you are first redirected to a 3rd party website that adds a fee of 600 Naira to the 2000 charged for the screening.

2. This 3rd party website then redirects to Remitta (which handles the payment) where the main payment processing fee will then be added.

3. I decided to check up on the 3rd party website online, and they claim to provide software solutions for organisations, companies, schools etc.

4. The fees charged by this intermediate website is over 3 times that of Remitta.


Now, I have been thinking about it, isn't this a case of fraud?

This news is definitely fake.
