The type of biological evidence she presented was not stated in the article, and you can't just assume it's DNA results.

Let's assume we agree it's DNA results, how were they able to confirm the result belongs to him? Since he never bothered to respond to the lady's phone calls and mails, or even show up in court to defend himself, I doubt he would have voluntarily agreed to go for DNA testing.

And that would have brought into question the genuity of the result. shocked

Perhaps, no questions were asked probably because he never bothered to defend himself or send in a lawyer

Well, I do agree 4.9Bn might be inflated sha, but if the articles I saw online were to be believed, the winners were selected through a bidding process. If there was a better bid, then they'll probably have gone for that.

Also, I will suggest you read the details of the project, because it's not just renovation, but renovation + remodeling, which means there will be structural changes (they are converting it into a 4 star Hotel).

And oh, the building is not consisting of 500 shops like I asked us to assume in my earlier post, attached in the picture below, is the details of the building.

If we assume the complex had 500 shops, then each shop will have to return a profit of 196k annually to reach this figure. When you factor in the running and maintenance cost of the complex, tax and many other things, you'll probably realise how difficult it is for each shop to return 196k profit (NOT REVENUE) yearly.

So, it's not daylight robbery, if you closely look at it and do your own rough estimation. Also consider the current economic realities in Nigeria.

2. Seyi Makinde spent over 5bn to renovate lekan salami stadium but on the date of commissioning of the renovation rain fell and the shed that they spent 5bn to construct on the pitch started to lose water and every participant get wets

This has being debunked already as fake. The picture being shared online turns out to be from a flooding in UK that happened years ago.

3. Seyi Makinde spent over 16bn on construction of motor park terminal but unfortunately only 1 has reached stage of completion while work has stopped on the rest 3 terminal

4. Seyi Makinde took loan running to 150bn presently but we cant see any project that gulp such huge amount of money

zero investment on science and technology, zero investment on education, xero investment on health sector etc

I don't know about your last two points sha, because I don't reside in Oyo State. But I will probably ask other Oyo people about it.

That aside, the fact that some traditions practice it for thousands of years doesn't make it right. That's the same way killing of twins was practiced among many traditions for thousands of years, before the missionaries stopped it.

Cos the lady I checked, they circumcise the male too. So...what's the hype?

Male circumcision is beneficial, in the sense that it prevents dirts from hanging around the manhood, thereby preventing possible infection during sex.

Female circumcision has no health benefits, and is more dangerous to the health of the female child.

Most people who circumcise their female child do it with the hope that it will prevent their daughters from being promiscuous (it's difficult for circumsiced females to enjoy sex. Not enjoying sex will mean they'll probably not want to have it).

It's a rubbish tradition, and I'm even surprised the guy is a medical doctor.

Going by this logic, the Euro is not more competitive than AFC Asia cup and AFCON, because it's 24 teams that equally participate in the three tournaments. grin

That also means the FIFA confederations cup was never competitive at any point, because prior to swapping it for the club world cup in 2019, only 8 teams usually participate. grin

Also, going by your logic, it's safe to say World Cup is not a competitive tournament, because South American teams have won 9 out of the 21 tournaments. And yes, they have been in lots of Finals. grin
