If you draw near to God in humility, He will reveal what you need. He's not at your mercy or beck and call. Those who know God know that He'd not usually reveal or say things irrelevant for the fun of it, neither does He engage in gossip and tattling. If God has a message or sends you to someone or people, that's different. He could send specifically to bless or warn.
Like i explained, what you seek for is close to what is called the gift of the Word of knowledge(one of the gifts of the Spirit baptism). Fortunately or unfortunately for you, i don't have it. It's not a major requirement for being a Christian or a child of God. Nonetheless, there are people who have it. It hardly proves anything that you haven't met people who do. You can meet 2 million people and none of them is a pilot, or from Switzerland. It doesn't mean that pilots and Swiss people don't exist. It simply means you should increase your search intelligence and base seeing you're looking for them. i can't repair your broken phone or TV to save my life, but i have met people who can. We don't all do or know the same things.
On the attraction, it is divine actually.

I don't know but I feel uncomfortable each time I read,hear or see things pertaining to tithes and offerings. We're just giving rooms for freezer and his cohorts to debase and abuse God's principles and systems.
