I don't understand this OP,we are not technicians for GOD sake,we design equipment with specifications,our work is on the paper dishing out instructions to the technicians and not us doing the labour,however in a failed society like we have it here,every dick n harry is called engineer

No,No,No.what's wrong with us in africa?
