In the work place, if a woman is my boss because she is more intelligent, brilliant and brings more solution to the table, I'll accord her the necessary respect than me , then we are not equal because she ahead.

i install the jbeb in the link provide it worked didnt force close like others i tried to install. The problem i have with it is that, it not responding to touch at all. It did install the java apps and they did start but not responding to touch at all

Abeg gurus, pls how can one use AIO flasher to restore the system of a n3 or other phones. I ask because, after dumping my rom the system partition was dump as system.tar, unlike the boot and recovery partition. So, even when the system is make in the flasher, the file extension for the system flasher is also .img extension.

So, how do i do it

switchie: pls i need somebody's help here,i rooted my tecno n3 then after 3months of usage i wanted to swap my sim so i switched it off but on trying to switch it back on it just kept loading so i saw a phone engineer and he told me the problem was flashing,i gave it to him but it didn't work because after i rooted the device earlier i deleted the launcher(actually i wasn't the one that rooted it myself) that came with it because i downloaded another 1 from play store,now the phone could not be flashed according to the engineer but i know the phone has flashed because it has stopped loading eternally but the problem i have is the launcher,the phone just keeping showing a dark blank screen and i can only see the notification bar or whatever it is called and i know it's the launcher i deleted that caused the problem.pls i really need your help asap.

it once happened to me and I was able to revive my phone.
if it is just launcher u deleted, it means it's booting but not launching. that mean every other things working including network.

After putting the phone on, allow to boot normally (u should wait for like 2min or the normal time it take for everything to boot when the phone was good)
try calling the sim inserted on the n3

if it connects cut it, insert a USB and watch it response
