I'm voting in ijebu ode, Imoru. I got to the polling unit around 9:00am and I'm still on queue at 10am. everything seems relatively peacefully for now and 1 female (dark pretty) nscdc is the only enforcement agent around.

So many of us have waited for this day. A occasioned with the opportunity of electing who will leader the affairs of our state and dear country. After the first postponement I began to field doubt that election will hold in Nigeria though it certain it not going to hold in some state due to serious security reason.
let me leave the long write-up for the journalist. I will use this medium to post updates and images of the election processes in my area.

I believe most of what Buhari did back then was out of passion to get the country out the mess it got itself. To recover as much funds from corrupt officials and public servant. he might have gone bit extreme and high handed about is approach but it is obvious he didn't do any for is own personal benefit or gratification, unlike what we have now.
One thing is sure, he is a man who hate corruption and stealing unlike some whose stealing can never be corruption, who is ready to take action to save the his nation. who is ready to recover all that as been stolen from his country. who is ready to lose face with the nigerian elite for the betterment of the general society.
One thing i can say is that he went after politicians, grab them by the legs, turn them upside down to check if they have the countrys' money left in their pockets. he was ready to go all out to recover by whatever means possible.
My take, the political call will never what such person in power, some that can be but is a nightmare to the nigerian political class and a blessing to the common man. We need that can of leader that can recover all our stolen fund from this present and past administration one way or the other.

Just name all the scams and misappropriation of funds under this government, you will weep for Nigeria. They steal in trillions of Naira, and convert them to dollars to make them look small.

I wonder how a youth like me, who has an unborn gneration, will comfortably thumbprint for the PDP and jeopardize the future of the unborn all because of bias and false PDP propaganda. Vote for change. After 6years with high revenue, nothing was achieved. How will something be achieved in 4years with less cash inflow?

GEJ should declare his assets to Nigerians and the world at large, so we can all see how lucrative politics in Nigeria has been. GEJ is a scam, and I dare anybody with superior logic to enlighten my ignorance that this present administration isn't a hoax.

The earlier we drop the bias about ethnicity, religion, age to focus our demand for quality leadership from a selfless leader, the better. If people don't see that this administration has failed woefully, and there's a need to try some other leader, then we will continue to wallow in abject poverty in this country. Poverty level in Nigeria has risen from 54% to 71%, youth unemployment from 9% to 50%, recurrent expenditure from 62% to 86%, national debt from $26bn to $70bn, whilst GDP growth has dropped from 11% to 6%, and excess crude account has dropped from $20bn to $2bn, petrol has risen from 65 to 87 temporarily (97), $1 has risen from N158 to N210.

Everything is wrong with Nigeria. Just everything is going wrong. Lets be wise and vote rightly without bias!!!
