Most of you guys don't understand how the US system works. In reality Trump and his Republican friends are not really keen on giving money to tax payers. They were really out to pay money to small and big businesses. The stimulus checks are what the Democrats insisted on doing or else the whole package will not pass the lower house.
So this is not even Trump idea, any thanks should go to Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats. Trump just signed it as a compromise to get what he wants. The Democrats are already planning another stimulus package because they know that this is like giving an average TAX PAYING Nigerian 20k. Most will spend it on bills in a matter of minutes. Drug crimes kills more than 33000 in the US on yearly basis but each city and county has a drug crime unit. Homeland department is a department of the US Federal Govt to protect the land, sea and air borders.
