Please lawyer, i need your advice on this. I am residing in Kwara State.There was this land that i am intending to buy in Kwara State, to say the fact the money involves is small .Yesterday I went to see the seller who told me that the land in question belöngs to his family,he said he has Nine siblings. His father is the owner of the land.The father is still alive but the man said he is the principal to that land. He said they are using the money realised from that land to do one family project and that was the reason they are selling the land. He told me he had sold to many people, he even shew me one man that bought twenty plots. He shows me the surveyor sketch of the land and the memorandum and receiept. On the memorandum i saw the stamp of high court.

I had promised the man that i will pay to his account this monday. Pleas i need your advice before i do so.

It may not mean this. I also had dreamt of been in Secondary School sometimes ago. In my dream, i saw myself sitting in class room with Secondary School students. When i woke up, i was so disturbed i thought is a sign of backword in life as you thought on this.Some month later, i went for service (NYSC) .My place of primary assignment (P P A) was one Secondary School in that Local Governmet. I was to teach in that School.

One day ,i went to teach them as usual. When i entered the class room, the students were busy copying note written on blackboard. So, i gave them some minutes to finish.While waiting , i went to sat on bench. it was then that the reminisence of my dream came to me .And the spirit told me that what is happning now is what i saw in dream. To God be the glory,since that dream, i have never went backword. Sorry for the story but what i am trying to point out is that, op dream may not mean the interpretation you gave it.

Every Christians must know that, we must live like christ but that alone does not guarranty our safety.If it does, Jesus would not have come to the world. The bible says

Can any one tell us if there was a prophet that came down from heaven to earth apart from Jesus ? Had any prophet says he knows God by face apart from Jesus ?Has God ever give any prophet authority over the Angels except Jesus? Has any prophet recongnise his existence or claim his existence somewhere else before he comes to the world except Jesus?All the prophets that had come to this world include Prophet Mohammed were not know about God somewhere else apart fom this world. Let me use one or two prophet to explain what i mean.

Moses was a great prophet. God knew him before he was born but Moses did not know God. How do i know?In the book of Genesis when God called Moses in the wilderness, at the burnning bush. God had to describe himself to Moses and shew him signs before he can accept go to Pharao.He even asked God whom he will say he sends him if he goes to Israelite.That shows that Moses knows little about God before.

When God calls on Samuel, he did not know the voice of God. He thought it was Eli that called him.When that voice persisted .Then, Eli told him what to say if the voice calls again.

Prophet Muhammed also, was scared when he first saw angel. He ran to hid himself and all the messages he delivered to his people was conveyed to him by Angel.

But Jesus own was different,right from childhood he had been doing wonderful things i think the Quran also testify of him given life to dove.He had been speaken the words of God from chidhood and people was suprised at his teaching at that age.Even the Jews testified that his teaching was like that of person that has authority.

No where in Bible where angel tells him what to say or what to do. He did not dream or see vision in the night like some other prophets.The voice that came to him from heaven confirmed him that his not just a prophet when it says " this is my belove son in whom am well pleased "

Which one of the prophet have ever speak like this? Please tell me if there was.

By these words of Jesus, can we say he was so proud? or the disciples that gave records of these were lied ?If they lied,what would they benefit from doing so?
Above all ,Muhammed testified that Jesus was a prophet.If he did not believe him to be prophet is another case .And if any one will argue that bible has corrupted ,let him or she provide the original records of Jesus teaching and statements.
Jesus is not just a prophet.According to him, he had been in existence before he comes down to earth.

We should not be confused when Jesus says "i and my father we are one" that does not mean that Jesus is the same as God the father but what it mean is that God agreed with everything he (Jesus) says. Let me use this as instance.
If a president sends a delegate to an event, i think after they have metioned the name of delegate and his mission, all the speach will be in the name of president. The people at that event must give the delegate the due respect that president deserved, if people insulted him, it is not him they insulted but the president that send him.Even if he err the president must be the first person to notice this and the president deciedes his punishment but how would he err in such important mission? If he err president has err.Moreover, president would not delegate someone he does not trust.

I don't think so. The Jews reject Christianity to this very day and I personally do not think that every Jew is heading to hell. Are you saying we should ignore this statement and many more of Jesus words? Beside, i don't believe one can do good without beliving in God. Something must inspire your action before doing it. How do you differentiate good from bad if not from scripture? God's ways are not our ways, and his thoughts are not our thoughts. If God were a man, no one would make heaven.

I believe that anyone can make heaven, irrespective of what we believe or not believe or refuse to believe in. I am of the opinion that God searches the heart of men and verifies those who are actually his. I believe that God's judgement would have to do with the sincerity of one's heart.

There are those who are atheist because they know no better. They sincerely seek the truth and would turn away from Atheism if only they get some personal encounter with God. Only God knows how best to reveal himself to men. If God did not reveal himself to Abraham, I am very sure that Abraham wouldn't have become our father in faith.

God is not unjust and I do not believe that he would throw someone into hell when it is not the person's fault. We can claim that people have tried preaching to Atheists and they refuse to listen but the truth is that considering the very bad life style of some of our Christians today, it would be rather difficult for Atheists to listen to us. "I like your Christ but hate your Christians" - Mahatma.

If some of us believe that no "Atheist" would make heaven, then I ask you this question: before the gospel got to Africa and the rest of the world, are we saying that everyone before Christ went to hell? This would be a very wrong notion.

My point is that only God knows his people! Only God will judge mankind! Only God knows how best to reach the heart of every man! Only God knows those who died or would die in his grace. God is not unjust and would never sentence someone who did not have the opportunity of being a christian to hell.

Firstly, i want us to know that if we are to follow the law in Old Testament nobody is 100 percent holy and that is the reason the Bible says

" ...But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags : and we all do fade as leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind have taken us away" ( Isaiah 64:6)

Romans 3:23 also says

"For all have sinned, and come short the glory of God. Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past through the forbearance of God "

Because of love God has for us, God sent Jesus Christ to redeem us of our sin that is to say we are not save by our righteousnesses or by our holiness but by God mercy. That is the reason Jesus says

"come unto me all ye that labour and are hevy laden,and i will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you,and learn of me ,for iam meek and lowly in heart and ye shall find rest unto your souls.For my yoke easy and my burden is light (Matth 11:28)

and John 3-16 says

"for God so love the world,that he gave his only begotten son,that WHOSOEVER BELIEVE IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH,BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE"

all the same we can not say becaous God has showed us mercy through Jesus we can countinue in sins. We have to do our best to avoid sins. The bible say

"What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we that are dead to sin live longer there in (Romans 6:1-2)

Truth 101: I believe it is ignorant to believe there is 'god', likewise, insincere to believe there is none. Though it is wise to fear there might be one if you can and choose to live with fear of the unknown. I, personally 'cannot' and choose not to because I feel it is better for me to be comfortable with what I believe in than to believe in what I'm comfortable with by satifying fear. I choose to believe in myself but the fear of 'god' that has been invoked in me mainly because of my background is making me uncomfortable. So how do I overcome it.

P.S: This is religious section, not christian. So, don't tell me the fear of 'God' is the beginning of wisdom. The same bible tells you 'he' has not given you the spirit of fear.
