Please I'll go straight and try to be brief I would be glad to have all the inputs to aid me.

I'll go straight to the point, I once dated this girl in school this year, she was a nice homely person and decent girl. It was love at first, we had a thing going for us, I cared for her we loved each other.

I noticed that she was the one that was sponsoring herself in sch she's 22yrs with little assistance from her mum she had some ideas for doing pos business(she has d machine) but not yet on full scale because she needed the right spot, funds and all those stuff.

I confronted her and she revealed to me that she had to borrow money from persons and loan apps just to meet up before, all this was before I met her. She has siblings brothers and sisters but none seems to be looking out for her.. Fast forward I lost my senior brother and I didn't seem to have her time all those while, she became arrogant and manipulative at some point.

But I only gave what I could afford to loose and kept going, the one that didn't really go well with me was when she said I should bring food stuff her because that period I was traveling(that made me very upset because of being in love that didn't exist) still I maintained my cool.

I was out for a while and I was occupied(my uncle was affected by the flood in Anambra also land dispute), we still chat but not as we used to do, so after some time of no communication I taught maybe she had moved on, I knew the relationship was hitting bottom rock not because I didn't like her again but because when I needed her she kept mute tho I kept my challenges from her I didn't want to explain myself to anybody.

She needed money for project in sch, bills were piling for her, persons she borrowed money at first before I met here were demanding for their money, I gave her 30k so she could sort herself out. Yet again she cut communication.

Maybe she wasn't interested anymore, that's was my resolve, I messaged her and simply asked if we should go our separate ways and her reply was "Yeah I'm sorry but I'm tired of it".. So I'm contemplating if i collect my funds back? I don't want to hurt anyone in anyway I understand that it's nt easy fr her nor persons out there too

So my Aunt is a South African woman who was married to a Nigerian man she met in South Africa. They had a child & when he turned 9 months her husband suggested they visit his family in Nigeria. A few hours before leaving for the airport back to South Africa, his parents sat her down and told her the baby would have to stay. After many words & tears her father in law and husband assured her that he would be back in a 6 months to fetch the baby. True to his word, 6 months later my Uncle in law returned to Nigeria to fetch his children, but 2 days after he arrived he got seriously sick & passed on a few days later. My Aunt traveled to Nigeria to lay him to rest & had to extend her stay because her in laws kept giving her the run around about why she couldn't take her child (apparently some rituals had to be done for the child since his father had just passed). She eventually left after her father in law warned her that if she keeps pushing, they (his wife a daughter) would do to her what was done to her husband. Fast forward 11 years later, her father in law, & mother in law are both late, she sends money to Nigeria every month for her sons upkeep but her sister in law is withholding the child, does not allow him to communicate with her. When a neighbor tries to let him speak with his mother, they beat him up, sometimes he doesn't go to school and has to go sell water at the market. My Aunt has tried going with the Nigerian police but failed, has involved the Nigerian embassy but they are dragging their feet. We really do not know what else to do. Why would they withholding someone's child (a mother who desperately wants her child back) when they can't even take care of his needs. Maybe someone has been through a similar experience and may be able to help with suggestions of how to get the child back to his mother.

My advice and strategy, the woman should get a lawyer, a good one and go to court
