The writer use of 'capital E' is different from the normal use.
Again, the writer cannot write 'capital U', 'small letter u' was used amidst capital letters throughout the note.

I strongly believe everyone should be used to writing their names perfectly in capital letters but in this case the same small 'letter u' was used.
