What kinda vegetables, you mean normal green vegetables, cooked with no salt, pepper and oil, or you mean vegetables like carrots, cabbage etc.

Any kind, cabbage , onions, tomatoes, cucumberbnot cooked, eating raw with water. A good pattern but one can add fruits if they wish, I just prefer only vegetables and water. There's something about those two combo that others even dry fasting doesn't do.

I did a fast for 21 days, basically to get nearer to God, just eating vegetables and water, wheat bread etc.

I did a Monday to Thursday fast, 6-6 and on Friday morning I got the biggest answer any believer could get, That Friday I started a 40 day dry fast but on Monday morning around 7-8 am the Spirit told me to stop fasting.

I had also done a Friday to Monday morning dry fast and I got a visit from the Lord where he told me he had heard my prayers around sunday 8-9pm I think, but I still broke my fast Monday 12am.

Fasting apart from the medical benefits, draws you close to God, gives you sensitivity to things of the Spirit, empowers you and gives you divine guidance.

I believe a Daniel fast works best for me 6am to 6pm just vegetables and water not fruits, vegetables.

I went to a Senior friend's house because I needed him to sign a document for me. The wife told me he travelled. I replied that he gave me the appointment to bring the document that day. She asked me to follow her. We entered a dark room that was like a temple (I already knew he dabbled in the occult). There I saw the man lying down dead like. Well, Black Panther was over hyped!!! Still a fairly good movie, with great effects and graphics.

With regards to Xmen, you clearly aren't a comic book fan... That instalment was one of the finest movie franchises ever created, slightly behind 007 Bond, and ahead of Fast and Furious franchise (my opinion tho).

Little wonder Marvel and Universal made a lifetime killing off it, and The Avengers too (we are talking several Billions of Dollars and still counting)!!!

Fast and furious sucked after it stopped being about fast cars and I guess it was before Paul died, Hobbs and Shaw didn't impress at all sef, but I think the one were Dom went rougue and they had to drive on the ice was.

Wolverine will always be a classic, it has been difficult to replace Hugh Jackman even. Downey gave the whole marvel franchise with a boost with Ironman. Marvel even claims if Ironman had flopped Avengers may have not been conceived

I can't speak for Black Panther cause I never cared to watch either but I think X-Men is one the best Marvel installment,especially when Wolverine was still being played by Hugh Jackman.

Jackman was so good that he had about three solo franchises out the X-Men group, he even got a feature in X-Men apocalypse when the team had to go break the out the captured mutants.

Hugh Jackman was literally born to play Wolverine and Hollywood knows it.
