This is obviously an avenue to embezzle public funds, the sad part is nobody will question him on about spending such a hefty amount on this x-mas decorations. Why would a state govt spend N600M on a xmas tree and minor decorations and is still owing the state 5months salary?

We really need to start checkmating the moves of our leaders.

Listen, there was no form of sarcasm there, go and ask your English Professor from your university. Here's an example of one E.g
