Please I used three names on my account and bvn banking details. but while I was applying I used two names instead of the three names that match my banking details. and now the issue is that when I try to verify my account details I get an error response saying your account names on the dashboard do not match your account details. and when I try to edit my names on the dashboard using the edit option the name correction field is not available. how can I rectify that please. I am N-Teach beneficiary.

Contact their official customer care service or better still visit your state office. They will attend to you.

When I was serving, I registered for npower. I choose the non graduate category (N-build) because I have not gotten my nysc certificate as at the time of registration (2020).
When the portal was opened again (2021), I was tru with the service....I uploaded my complete documents including my nysc certificate and statement of result (degree) ...That's because I was tru with d service.
Now my question is if they choose me for stream 2...will they place me in d non graduate category?? (since that's what I applied for from d start)....or they'll automatically put me in d graduate section (since I've uploaded my nysc certificate and other relevant documents)?
