However, I'm curious: when you say there's no catalytic converter, do you mean the whole unit has been removed or just the precious metals inside that were compromised?

There may yet be a simple solution for you, depending on the actual state of things.

So we checked today and realized that the housing got the catalyst is still in good shape, but the content was made of copper wire which blocked the passage.

So yeah.. the precious metals is missing.

Catalyst has nothing to do with fuel consumption... It's business is keeping engine emissions under approved limit.. but that doesn't concern us here in Nigeria

Its only if the Catalyst port is blocked that engine will be strained... if its empty, engine will be very fine...

Ignore the catalyst issue..it only causes issues if the catalyst port is blocked leading to a suffocated engine... If na empty e empty, ignore and fire down

If you are not comfortable with the check engine light concerning the catalyst codes, get a spacer installed..

The serious codes there are shift solenoid and gear 2 switch.
Avoid driving car for now, get a good gear rewire to check the transmission switch, shift control solenoid and gear 2 switch.

Other ones are regular 'customers' with Honda.

Funny thing is I just changed the gearbox.

It worked fine for 3 months until he did the servicing.

My recently took my Accord 07 to my mechanic to service I typically use Total for servicing.

He bought the car back and on my way to work this morning I noticed the D- Drive blinking and some funny sounds when I match the break, note he also changed the breakpads

I took it back to him for a scan for the first time and man the error codes where a lot.

From transmission to engine etc.

He doesn't even know what these codes means
