I have a similar case with Landwey, made a deposit of
1Million naira for a landed product, unfortunately things came up and I could not move forward with other payments.

I canceled contract and request for a refund, they said they'll charge 300k for admin fee, no problem just give me the balance, do you know you its been 8months and just last week they told me to wait till first week in June. This was a transaction that happened last year.

The business culture here is terrible, people just want to make money without providing a satisfactory service in return.

You need to apply for a reissue.

I picked up mine today from the Alausa office, I did the online application, went for capturing and had to wait for about 2 months.

I heard you don't have to wait for that long.

Max 1 month, you don't have to wait till the pick up date.

So even when the exchange rate goes up you'd still have a decent earning.

Better than putting your funds in a regular savings account.
