Education is important ,but foreign education is only useful for the recipient & relatives so it's not a major national emergency that will warrant that pharmaceutical,raw materials for essential goods & services oil,life threatening medical ailments etc take a back seat to it...

And this same garri was sold for N90-100 per measure just last month. Now, do the mathematics. Do you know how many measures are in a bag? Multiply that by N30 or N50.
